Directions: Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 106 g of Pro Plan. We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily. Mealtime has turned into a frenzy of excitement, and I couldn't be happier 1. The Shredded Blend Salmon and rice goodness. The smell of salmon hits their noses, and it's like canine Christmas every time. The mix of shredded bites and crunchy kibble makes their mealtime a party, and I'm convinced Purina Pro Plan nailed the recipe for keeping their taste buds and tummies satisfied. 2. The high-protein thing is a big deal, especially for my bouncy golden retrievers. Their energy levels are wonderful and their coat game is strong! 3. But wait, there's more! Probiotics. Although we add an additional probiotic supplement to their morning meal...I do love that they've added some to the kibble. Tate and Nala definitely have better digestion, firmer stools, and far less gas. Prior to the switch, the gas would take us all out 🤢 4. The best part? This may be more expensive food, but it's worth it. My dog has sensitive skin and a very sensitive stomach, and this is the only stuff I've tried so far that gives him a full, glossy coat and does not make him sick. It keeps his bowel movements regular so no messy accidents on the floor. Also, he loves it. He will turn his nose up at other foods but he always eats a whole bowl of this. The cats love it too so I started buying the equivalent cat food as well. Salmon is the number one ingredient on this particular flavor. It has mostly whole ingredients and it has a mixture of crunchy and tender bits, which I've never seen before in pet food like this. Overall, it's very high quality and worth the cost. ... show more

My vet said Purina Pro Plan is his favorite brand because it is the most well formulated. He say they are one of the few who use pet nutritionist to formulate the product.
