I was impressed the minute it came. It was packaged perfectly. The color was a really pretty red exactly what I wanted. The fi t xl was also perfect for me 5 feet 3 inches 145 lbs it s length it’s great and I am sure it will most likely be the warmest winter coat ever . It is really well made and looks more expensive then it was I am really pleased with my purchase!

The temperature in Chicago reached -2 degrees one day, and this coat kept me very warm! I did not have to wear a sweater under this coat. When I purchased the coat, I followed the product size guidelines listed for a size small to make sure the coat would fit me. Alas, when I received the coat, it was too tight around the upper arms and chest areas. So, I returned it and ordered the medium size. Although the medium size did fit me, I was concerned that I might have to wear a sweater underneath the coat, and then it would be a little snug! Thankfully, I did not have to wear a sweater with the coat on. There is sufficient padding inside the coat to keep you cozy and warm. Just keep in mind that if you purchase this coat, you may need to order the next size up.

Maybe this will help others figure out which one and size to get. I have three of these. One beige that looks like a puffer coat and a navy in the same style. Then the black that is not the puffer coat style but has a smoother appearance. MThese coats will keep you pretty warm. They have lots of pockets. They cover your butt. The hood is detachable and I chose to keep mine on as it makes the coat or jacket look finished and quite beautiful. The black is a dark and rich black. Actually all the colors are quite vibrant and look like the picture which is rare. I have three because I love how slimming and just good looking this coat is. I carry my weight in my shoulders and back. I ordered an xlarge and wear about a size 16 dress. I can wear a thin sweater under this and still have room to move around. If you wear a size 12-14 dress i would try a large first. If 8-10 then a medium maybe would work. However if youre looking for a coat thats going to keep you warm in sub zero temperatures I would suggest a parka. For the Pennsylvania cold this is perfect. Also if you wear very big sweaters and want to wear this coat comfortably then size up. For me, I want to be able to move around freely, look slim, have it cover my butt, lots or pockets and dont plan on wearing a thick sweater, but just normal everyday long sleeve tops and thin sweaters then this is wonderful. And Id like to mention again, it is sooo beautiful. They package it nicely. It does need to air out to get the kinks out. I hang mine in the bathroom while taking a steam shower and it looks nicer for the first time wearing it. So many reviews have helped me, I thought id take my time with reviewing this one. It’s a very warm coat. However, not true to size; runs small across the chest. Wish it had a two-way zipper removable hood & snap pockets instead of buttons. I will be returning this coat. I’m 5’ & ordered size recommended (medium).

Fits well I have the longer one in red keeps me toasty warm this will too. I wear the shorter version when it's like 30 degrees or a little below. The jacket fits well only need a turtle neck and long john shirt feels good room for a sweater totally recommend love the tip pockets

So, this jacket is beautiful. It does keep you warm! What I found is that even though I ordered a large (my shoulders measuring as 17.4 something inches across and my bra measurement being a 34H) this did not fit correctly over my bust line and my broad shoulders. I didn’t realize this, but, looking back at the measurements, PUREMSX calculates their sleeve length within a bend of the clients elbow. This means that the sleeves bunched completely up, exposing my wrists, when I raised my arms parallel to the ground in front of me. Didn’t like this whatsoever. Their men’s coat calculates the length of the sleeve with the client straightening their arms out completely. Perhaps I’m a bit in-experienced in measurements. And—-this doesn’t feel like a great female design feature, in my opinion, because my hands are not always going to shoved into the very warm (very warm) pockets. When looking at the extra large size measurements, the amounts for the sleeves only altered to about half an inch. Maybe less. So...I guess what I’m trying to say is this: A) Loved this coat! B) Did not accommodate my bust size, my broad shoulders, or my true arm/ sleeve length (I’m a curvy, long limbed, compact torso kind of gal, so, the cards might be stacked against me anyway. Haha!) C) Take the time to measure yourself! These numbers are good to know in general, but, more importantly in the days of online shopping during COVID. D) If you are similar figured, perhaps scroll over to their men’s version! Once I save up enough money, the small size is the one I’d like to try. Their sleeve and shoulder length already starts out an inch and a half or so more than the Large size on the women’s. So I know I’d feel comfortable in this (I think I fit better in men’s coats anyway). E) If you aren’t as curvy as me and don’t have as broad of shoulders, this should work just fine!

The media could not be loaded. This coat was tested when I went on a trip to Switzerland. End of May was not that cold inland but being on the top of the Swiss Alps with high winds, temperatures could drop to -0C. This coat kept me warm and the most surprising thing, I was only wearing a thin sweater inside. I got this on sale, so for the price, the fit and the warmth it gives, it deserves a 5 star rating. For reference, I’m 5’ feet in height , 150lbs. I purchased a large size but there’s so much room for really thick jacket but even if it is a little loose on me, it still looked great! I love everything about this coat!
