Love the brand. I have a queen lightweight blanket from them which is quite thin and that's what I was expecting from this. However it is just like the Eddie Bauer down throw which is great for anyone who is up north or down further south. Good for winter here in the desert but not as thin and flat as the queen that I'll use in the summer. But I wanted a lightweight THIN throw. As far as WEIGHT it is light, cuz feathers. As thin and flat as the discontinued queen, no. So now I have 2 colors of a lightweight down throw, great quality of workmanship, warm, beautiful, just not as thin as I wanted. **Update: gave the other star, managed to sleep well @70F, perhaps the top material is thinner than my other throw, but will work for summer.

Nice quality. Lightweight but warm. The navy color is rich and feel like a good quality fabric. Doesn’t shed feathers. Comes from the package very flat, but fluffs up some once shaken out and put to use. Nice size for lap coverage. Rolls up small and can easily be put in a bag for use at sporting events or taken when traveling.

This is a very nice, light, down throw. The outside fabric is soft and does not generate static electricity. It is just the right size to provide adequate coverage when lounging and keeps you nice and warm. Highly recommend.

We love these blankets. We now have 5 of them. I'd collect all colors if it didn't seem like that was a bit over the top. Yes, as other reviewers have stated, they do come very flat, rolled up very tightly. Just shake them out, preferably wash and dry them, and they fluff up. These are not super thick blankets intentionally. Down is very warm. These don't need to be thick. My cold all the time elderly cat will actually move herself off of this as she gets too warm, she doesn't do that with any other blanket. These are functional, seem plenty durable, come in great colors, are plenty warm for sleeping when the weather is cold, the exterior is a nice microfiber fabric that feels as soft as cotton. If able to get on sale I think they are a good value for the money, I don't see any reason these won't last many years. Other reviewers mentioned the smell when washing and I do agree, there is a slight odor when wet. It makes sense... this is down. But as soon as I dry these there is absolutely no scent. Definitely recommend.

I'm so disappointed in this blanket! I purchased a small dark blue (navy) puredown throw blanket last year and it is great, so I was confident that the puredown queen size dark blue (navy) blanket would be of the same quality and ordered it, but this this blanket is horrible! It's like all the feathers in the blanket are disintegrating and leaking out of the weave of the fabric. This queen size puredown blanket sheds feather bits constantly. I thought that if I washed it and fluffed it in the dryer that it would stop shedding so badly. Nope! It only got worse! The blanket is covered with these feather bits (see image). I do not have any pets, so it's not pet fur. I'm going to have to throw it in the garbage and try to figure out how to get all of these teeny tiny bits of feathers out of my house. They are floating around in the air all over my home. What a mess and a waste of money!

Arrives super flat...you have to wash and wool ball dry it before use to fluff the down. The smooth polyester cover is a bit cool to the touch, not exactly cozy like cotton, but for the price it's just ok. Not sure I'd buy again.
