  • Durable and Compact
Color: Black Buckle|black Size: Large (35 to 39)
Super lightweight and durable is no joke. Super tough but still compact. Love the fact I can change to a different color strap or color if wanted as well.

  • Mom Approved - Excellent Quality
Color: Brushed Alloy Buckle|glacier Ash Size: Small (25 to 29)
Excellent belt! Purchased for my teen and he loves it. He thinks the belt buckle is very cool. I'm impressed with the craftsmanship. The belt fabric is thick, but not heavy. The buckle has a little bit of weight, but not much. It's not a problem or pulls down his pants. My kiddo is tall and very skinny. He wears a 14 waist in boys, but needs a size 16 in length. I ordered the small and there's plenty of belt left. My only concern is the dexterity needed to tighten and loosen the belt with its design. It does help lock in the size adjustment, but I can see this being an issue for someone with arthritis or dexterity issues like hypotonia. It's not impossible with accommodation tools, just something to consider if you have a disability. It is a pricey belt, but the value is there in construction and style. I can tell this belt is going to last. A rare thing these days. ... show more

  • Comfortable, Lightweight Belt That Holds Its Setting Perfectly
Color: Black Buckle|black Size: Large (35 to 39)
I’ve been wearing this belt for a few weeks now and really like how it feels. The material is more flexible than I expected, which makes it noticeably more comfortable than some of my stiffer belts. The buckle holds the adjustment securely — once you set it, it stays put. That’s actually a nice bonus because it makes it easy to notice small weight changes over time. The aluminum buckle feels solid and secure, and while the edges are crisp, they don’t cause any problems in use. It took a few tries to get used to attaching and releasing the buckle, but now it’s second nature. I didn’t use the included elastic keeper since the belt end tucks in neatly on its own. Overall, this belt has become my daily go-to for work, hiking, and travel. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and dependable — just what I was hoping for. ... show more

  • Frustrating
Color: Black Buckle|black Size: Medium (30 to 34)
Hmmm…I wanted to love this belt. I was excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it let me down in many ways. First off, it takes way too long to feed through the loops on a pair of pants. The buckle is just small enough to fit through the loops on my pants and just large enough that it’s a pain to get the buckle through each one without struggling. I tried the other option which is to feed the end without the buckle instead and because that end is a loop with an elastic ring attached, it was like trying to shoot pool with a rope. It just doesn’t want to feed through easily. Any other belt I own is added to a pair of pants in seconds. This one took me almost two minutes to get on and by that time, I was simply frustrated. Second, it’s a pain to adjust. The material is too stiff to adjust when it’s buckled, so I had to do the adjusting with it unbuckled. Of course it’s never correct the first time, so I had to unbuckle a couple of times to get the right setting. Once I had it where I wanted it, I pushed my stomach out a bit to see if the belt would hold its position and it immediately slipped in the buckle. I gave up at this point, as I’m a skinny guy and rely on my belts to keep my pants up. I don’t have extra time to add them to pants or fuss with readjusting them throughout the day. The only upside I suppose is that the belt is made in the USA but that doesn’t even matter at this point when even my cheap Chinese belts do a better job at holding my pants up One more thing: the area on the buckle that is engraved with the company logo only has about 50% of the logo color filled, resulting in not being able to read what it says. I found it odd that new American Made belt would have a flaw like this. ... show more

  • Better idea than execution
Color: Black Buckle|black Size: Large (35 to 39)
I got this because I thought the idea was cool and I liked that it was adjustable since I have been working out. I thought it would work well with some golf pants I've been using as exercise clothing. But in practice I found it kind of difficult to use and it never really felt like it was tight enough to hold my pants up no matter how much I fiddled with it. Either it was too loose or too tight to get on and off easily. To their credit, BUKL did provide a good set of instructions but I still found it difficult to use and other than my golf pants, I couldn't see using it on anything else. ... show more

  • Indeed minimlist belt: Not for fashion, but pretty practical for travel
Color: Black Buckle|black Size: Large (35 to 39)
This belt is as listed -- minimalist. I'm used to leather belts, and about the best I can say for "looks" with this belt is that it's black so pretty much disappears. It's basically the look of a car seat belt. But, like a car's seat belt, you're not using this to show off your tuxedo. It gets the job done, comfortable, lightly. If you pack it, it takes almost no room and adds almost no weight. No metal, so no triggering TSA at airports or other security entrances. It adjusts to your size pretty easily and stays there until you put on a few pounds and need it to be a bit bigger. So, this belt is likely going into my travel cargo pants and staying there until those pants wear out. And if I eat a big meal (what else is travel for...?) I will be able to adjust it easily to my new, I hope temporary, size. ... show more

  • Nice Belt
Color: Brushed Alloy Buckle|glacier Ash Size: Large (35 to 39)
This is a nice belt. The details are well thought out and the craftsmanship is very good. This belt has the adjustability that you would expect from a belt made from webbing but the buckle is setup so after you get it adjusted it can be quickly unclasped and then refastened without threading all the webbing completely in and out. The webbing of this belt is thin and pretty supple for webbing. This also means the belt is very lightweight. The buckle seems well made and the stitching is very good. Overall I am very pleased with this item and think it is a great general purpose belt ... show more
