Purchased this rug for our dining room and was wanting something either dark brown or black. After reading reviews and looking at photos I decided on this one in the color “Black.” It’s a stunning traditional rug but I would definitely consider it more a dark brown up close. Looking from far away it can look more black in the center. The rug itself came folded so I’ll have to see how it relaxes after being unfolded. The print is beautiful and the rug is SO soft! It’s the perfect size 6x9 under my dining table. Overall I like the light weight and beautiful quality of the rug. The fact it is washable is an awesome feature and with the sale going on I felt it was perfect for the price.

I love this rug although its actual color was totally unexpected. In the pictures it looks with black around the edges with a mix of brown colors, however this rug actually has very dark green in the edges instead of black as the seller depicts it. I did love it because it still looks good for this area so i am keeping it but i can understand why it said it had such a high return alert. I gave it a 4 stars because it is very very thin, and it could have been made with a bit of thicker padding, but looks very elegant and works for this small space in my house.

Overall, I really like this rug. The material is super soft, the bottom is slip resistant, the size is nice, and the value for the money is great. It is a lot more green in person though. We needed something darker and washable because of our toddler, so this is ideal for easy clean up of messes. I also think that this rug pulls the colors of the surroundings too. I noticed more neutral tones and less greens in the rug when I changed out my TV stand. All in all, I'd repurchase this and recommend to others.

Very soft rug. Pulls very pink/burgundy, beige and brown in multiple rooms I’ve tried it in. No sage seen unless you get very close up and there are specks that look dark brown for a distance. If you want a brown rug, this is it.

The media could not be loaded. Waited almost a week for it to arrive, and it came with the correct size package insert but the rug was over a foot shorter than the one purchased! Color is fine, but also important to know it isn’t black—it’s a brown with soft gold. I’d keep if it was the right size. Very disappointed. Update: ordered again thinking the first time was just a flop, but again the rug that was ordered as a 2’x6’ and was packaged as a 2’x6’ was actually a 2’x5’.

I read tons of reviews about the colors being off. I ordered the black, knowing it would come more grey/brown and it is PERFECT! Exactly the color scheme I was going for. Everyone does these silly washable rugs now. They are thin and move. You need a good grippy rug pad and some of that rug stick stuff for the corners and you’ll be fine. I love! Very soft.
