The unit has a sleek design and easy to set up, however the first 2 nights there was a very loud gurgling and bubbling noise that kept me up most of the night. I tried reaching out to customer service by the website link but did not hear back. That was disappointing since I read how responsive customer service was. The following night my husband added water to the tank for me and there was still water in the base of the unit. The tighter seal must have done the trick because there was no gurgling! There remains a slight hum of the unit which gets louder with a higher speeds but not that bad to keep me up ( I’m a relatively light sleeper) Lastly in terms of functionality, I was not sensing any change in humidity of the room despite sleeping about 4 feet from the unit. I set up a humidity detector and there was no increase from baseline. So, I am not sure what to do with this product if it is not performing the main purpose of purchase. Also if anyone is interested, the blue light is very bright and would affect sleep unless placed somewhere indirectly from view. I did not try the diffuser capability.

Hi I recently purchased your cool air humidifier. Absolutely wonderful product. Will be buying a second one for another room. The humidifier compliments the aesthetic of my home so well. I appreciate how quiet this product is as well as its long run time. The night light is also very useful. The easy fill top limits the amount of spilled water when replenishing. Overall great product!

I'm giving this a 3-star rating and here's why. A few things I like about it: It's not an eyesore. It is easy to use. Huge water tank capacity. Not overly noisy. Has a very cool light feature. Things I don't like about it: Buttons are completely flush so if you are trying to turn it off in the middle of the night, you have no idea where the on/off button is. It's a bit noisy but not a deal-breaker. It doesn't have a directional on the mist, it just comes out of the top so I rotate the unit to actually get mist somewhat near me (it sits on my nightstand) hence the button problem since the back is to me. Maybe I can turn the top instead but as you see in the picture, the mist comes out the top back of the unit. And the main issue, not actually sure it increases the moisture in the room. Does it seem like there's more moisture in the room, possibly? Here is what I mean. I've used warm mist ones where I've turned it on, come back 2 hours later and it's like I walked into a rain forest. This one runs all night on high and there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in the humidity level of the room. Now since it's sitting on my nightstand, that side of the room seems to have a bit more moisture than the other side, but just a bit. Not sure how long it needs to run to see a change, maybe all day but I'm not doing that. I run it only at night when I go to bed. I haven't cleaned it since I'm using only distilled water only in it. Now that I'm writing this, I'm going to go clean it. Its big enough to get your hands in it to clean it. My room is 17x13 so this should work for it. I bought it to prevent dry coughing and dry eye. It helps very little. It also seems to make the area a bit colder. I do have the smaller pure versions for my kid's rooms. Other than they have the ability to aim the mist, there doesn't appear to be much of a difference in the humidity levels. And those use about 1/2 gallon of distilled water a night so I'm going through 2 gallons every night. They stopped using theirs since they don't feel a difference. Those are very quiet and have a nice night light built-in so there is a positive. I may return them. Not 100% sure yet...90 but not 100. I think the warm mist ones work better if you're looking for a lot of humidity but those are much noisier. I can see how this one is better for a baby's room, but you are running it all day then. Hope this helps someone.

Giving it 5 stars for ease of clean and use. And 4 stars for design. I have had 4 different humidifiers before this one and this one is the most definitely the easiest to clean. It is a pretty basic design with no bells and whistles but does what it needs. Desired features to really make it 5 stars on design is a rotating mist spout so you can point it to where you need the steam to go and a night feature that keeps a consistent level of moisture.
