The media could not be loaded. I received this fireplace in great condition, the packaging was excellent. Shipping was really fast. It seems like an excellent unit, the build quality seems great. Although I haven't installed it yet, I've gotten to test and use it quite a bit even without installing. It works great, and I love the features. Ultimately we will be installing it in our new house. It came with some fake logs, coals, and crystals, which I look forward to installing, but have not tried out yet because we haven't permanently installed the fireplace. The heater works good, and does not make too much noise, the fire crackling sound is pretty good. I like that it has adjustable volume. The flame modes are great, and also the adjustable brightness/color for both the flame and bed lights are nice, and they work great. Overall I can definitely recommend this fireplace! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The product was packaged unbelievably! I don’t think even fedx could have damaged it. It works perfectly. The stated dimensions were exactly what they said, I installed it in a TV armoire and only had minimal space. Which was perfect. The item is very heavy, well-made. The heat fan is not too loud to bother tv watching. The fire crackling noise is not the best, but not a big deal. Could not be more pleased. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Wow ! Better than expected! So many different settings of flame colors as well as ember colors. The cracking noise isn’t great, doesn’t really sound like a fire .
