  • Essential Gear for Winter Adventures
Size: 30W x 28L Color: Black
As an avid winter camper and hiker tackling the New England winter on the Appalachian Trail, finding the right gear is paramount to my comfort and safety. The Gash Hao Men's Snow Ski Waterproof Softshell Pants have proven to be an indispensable addition to my outdoor arsenal. First and foremost, these pants excel in keeping me warm and dry in the harshest winter conditions. Whether I'm trudging through knee-deep snow or braving freezing rain, the waterproof softshell material effectively repels moisture while providing ample insulation against the biting cold. I can confidently say that these pants have kept me comfortable and protected during even the most challenging winter hikes and camping trips. Moreover, the Gash Hao pants boast a level of comfort that is unmatched by other outdoor gear I've tried. The softshell fabric is flexible and breathable, allowing for unrestricted movement while maintaining a cozy interior environment. The adjustable waistband ensures a secure and customizable fit, while the articulated knees enhance mobility on rugged terrain. From long days on the trail to cozy evenings around the campfire, these pants remain comfortable and accommodating throughout. Additionally, the thoughtful design features of these pants enhance their functionality in the wilderness. The multiple pockets provide ample storage for essentials like snacks, maps, and hand warmers, allowing me to keep important items easily accessible at all times. The reinforced cuffs offer protection against abrasion from snowshoes or crampons, adding to the durability and longevity of the pants. In summary, the Gash Hao Men's Snow Ski Waterproof Softshell Pants have become an essential piece of gear for my winter adventures in New England. Their combination of warmth, waterproofing, comfort, and functionality makes them an ideal choice for anyone seeking reliable outdoor apparel for cold-weather activities. I wholeheartedly recommend these pants to fellow outdoor enthusiasts looking to stay warm, dry, and comfortable during winter excursions. ... show more

  • Size is accurate - stylish and comfortable
Size: 32W x 30L Color: Orange
FYI: ordered the orange pair hoping they were less "orange" and more like the color in the pictures. Was not disappointed. I'd call it more of a "golden mustard" color than "orange" (which is what I was hoping for). The color you see in the pics is fairly accurate so - ignore the name. I ordered same size as I would for a pair of jeans. Has enough stretch to wear over top of jeans/long underwear/etc. As for waterproof - tested it under the sink. Really cool to watch the water just shed off this material. It even beads up and you can sit there and roll the bead of water back and forth. Does not soak in. Hopefully that will last One note: they are thin so very little insulating. Which I don't mind. Makes them light weight and flexible. Just wear something warm under them and you'll be fine. The water/wind proofing will keep you plenty warm. ... show more

  • Fantastic but not waterproof, but I love them
Size: 32W x 32L Color: Black
I’m on my second pair. These are warm and comfortable and are my go to winter dog walking pants. Wind proof but not waterproof, so if being water tight is important for you I would look elsewhere. The knee reinforcement are brilliant and mean you can scramble about without fear of wearing them out. Top quality hiking/working/lounging pants that represent great value for money. ... show more

  • Awesome pants but tight in the lower extremities
Size: 42W x 30L Color: Black
Just got these pants and ordered the correct waist size and length. My calves are too big. The knees, where there is that ripstop type material, I can't pull over my big calves. Other than that, the pants are well made, look great and would keep you warmer than regular jeans/sweats. I can't really fault the pants because the fit actually looks nice that it's a little slimmer fitting, but I wish it stretched a little more or they made them slightly wider in the larger sizes. ... show more

  • Incredible Pants
Size: 38W x 32L Color: Black
I purchased (2) pair of these pants as we planned for a trip to Finland. I'm literally wearing them now. They have a fleece fabric on the inside and a weatherproof/waterproof exterior. The zippers are extremely well made, the pockets are very deep, and the knee areas has a coarse exterior texture that is a different color than the rest of the pants (I have no issue with this). They have zippers near the shin/calf which is helpful if you have larger boots you want to fit through. They are very comfortable. I did wear long underwear in Finland under them, but in 0 degree F and falling snow they did great. I am really happy with my purchase. The waist is a little baggier than I'd like, but please balance this comment. The length is perfect, it's just the waist that is a little big. I looped a belt through and its fine. Additionally, it has several belt loops, with an extra on each side in the front, which I think is useful. ... show more

  • Great pants
Size: 32W x 32L Color: Black
Great pants it works good in the rain and it kept me warm. The pants were true to size but if you have thicker thighs size I would probably size up. Once you break them in it does loosens up a bit.

  • Very comfortable with great temperature control
Size: 30W x 32L Color: Grey
These pants really surprised me. They're flexible enough to easily bend and twist, durable enough to handle plenty of unintended tumbles on the slopes, and versatile enough to keep you VERY comfortable and dry whether you're in a normal temperature room or skiing in below freezing temps for 6 hours straight. Fitment is very comfy and forgiving with the elastic-like waistband. I'm usually a 31, but a 30 fit great even with thermals underneath. The outer shell keeps you completely protected from the elements, and the soft lining is nicely breathable which prevents sweat buildup (keeping you in a perfect comfort zone). I was honestly skeptical that these would be up to par for ski pants, but these were so much better than the ridiculously puffy overalls that half of the rest of my group were complaining about all day. Plus, they look pretty good too. I went from a meeting in the morning to skiing all day to dinner at a steakhouse after without a single concern about my attire. I wish I grabbed a pair a few months ago! ... show more
