The ordered this printer and the oven as a bundle. The items printer and oven arrived very well packaged. Ink and Dtf powder as shipped separately. But they both arrived on the same day. I was able to get everything set up in just a few hours. The videos supplies were very good and helped a ton. Today I was able to print the attached picture and look at those colors! The oven is also super easy to use. The transfer once pressed is very supple and flexible. I pulled the shirt in the transfer area like you see them do in videos and the transfer stretched with the shirt without cracking. The software supplied with the printer is amazing and super easy to use as well. So far very impressed and happy with my purchase. Would recommend if your looking for a Dtf printer.

I bought this printer with the intention of setting it up when I had time to figure everything out. Unfortunately, that time ended up outside the return window. There were very limited instructions for setting up, the QR code to get instructions was not valid. I ended up following the limited instruction booklet and found myself with ink loaded and unable to load the printer onto my computer. Several messages to the manufacturer sent me to WhatsApp or Skype. They did not respond to WhatsApp when we called. I do not have Skype even though I have tried several times to download it to my phone. So now I am sitting $2500 later with ink in a machine, that the correct printer drivers may or may not be loaded to my computer. And no way to return it or to get timely responses to my attempts to get answers. Very frustrating. My step son who is a computer wizard could not get anything to work either.

Being new to DTF, I was quite intimidated by setting up the software and making the initial print. Enigineer Mike was amazing! He was given access to my computer, helped me set up all software. Walked me through the first few prints and stayed with me for several hours, until he felt I was comfortable. He even had me take several pictures of the print jobs and nozzle check, to make sure all was 100%. I highly recommend this product. My prints are amazing. I could not have done it without amazing customer service.

I bought this printer back in Oct but due to the holidays I didn’t get it really going until Jan. It has very sharp lines, clear prints and the quality is amazing. Everything you need to know about setting up and using your printer is on the usb. I did have a bit of a problem with the head as I didn’t read every guide that came on the usb. The company was quick to contact me when I reached out to them. Due to the time difference and my work schedule, it took a few days but they got one of their engineers who talked me through the steps I needed to take. He stayed with me until I got my printer running like new again. The program is super easy to use. I have zero complaints and I’m kicking out my prints like there’s no tomorrow.

The customer service is next to none. Their engineers are on standby ready to help no matter the issue. Be sure to store their contact information that comes with your order for when you do need their help. It will be on the paper manual for their what’s app and Skype. Very professional and courteous.

I would not recommend this printer. The width is only 8.5 inches, so you can’t printer bigger than a an adult small design. The printer has a new issue every time it’s turned on. The problem is never the same as the previous issue, but there is always something wrong with it. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this printer.
