I’m not a loc extension expert, but I would say these are worth the purchase. The first photo are what the locs looked like fresh out of the package. Second and third photos are how the locs looked after being soaked in ACV and baking soda. The hair was VERY dirty so I soaked them twice. I followed with a clarifying shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner. I allowed the locs to air dry. They’re still very prickly and rough, I’m hoping that the other reviews are correct and they’ll loosen up over time. Overall, I would make this purchase again. I also did the burn test to ensure the locs were made of real human hair.

So far I love this product. I have had them about a week. I keep them up for now. After styling I do my own daily maintenance especially spraying and edge control. I have got so many compliments already and I do actually feel like a superstar. Everyone says that I look amazing. In a week just very light itching. They are a little stiff but I actually like that because I like the "wild look". I'm very pleased. I'm only a week in but I'm very happy so far. I recommend this product just find someone who will install them good. No one's perfect and I did lose two strands but I kept them and will get them back in when I go to get my monthly maintenance. Now installation is going to cost some money so get ready for that. Otherwise none can even tell they aren't mine (well they are now) love them so much

I really like the color but the dreadlocks are a bit too stiff and very itchy. I washed them in hopes that they would soften but they did not. They are very realistic because it's real hair but I believe they are twined too tight. I plan on purchasing more because the pack I bought was not enough to do my entire head. I had to add synthetic dreadlocks to make it full but i want them sll to be juman do as my hsur grows its easier to twine and grow because its himan hair. The cost is a little pricey but I feel worth it. Possibly including instruction on how to install would be nice as well
