There were shipping issues, failures to ship everything together, and it took 2 weeks (15 days total) out of China. But - I waited. And, I had watched ALL the videos and I KNEW that DTF printing was high maintenance and "could" have issues. While this printer's quality is great, the design is something to be aware of. I ink containers sit on the tubes, so if you're having trouble pulling ink through, that's why. A pump could solve this problem. This print head does make a mess and requires daily maintenance - but it's not overly much. This definitely isn't a "hobby" printer - but for serious DTF printers. The printer has problems with "photo" images versus just brightly colored logos and designs, but it does do colors spot on. It comes with a flash drive you "have" to use - so I assume this is a "key". There is also some sort of liquid for the protecting the printer head, but no instructions, you will have to ask ProColored. My oven came with issues, but Procolored's support group is being very helpful and as long as I write a good review (or no review), will replace their damaged machinery. There is no inventory list, so you will want to reach out to Procolored. I will get another one of these given the price, unless another company brings their price down, as I do believe the print quality and output capacity is definitely worth it. ... show more

I was able to set this up and use it the first day. The instructions could be a little more clear, but the videos they send along definitely help. Was able to set it up and start printing without the help of tech support. Software is not Mac supported so it’s a good thing I had an additional computer I could use. Otherwise no issues at all! Makes beautiful prints that transfer just as beautifully!! Definitely took the fear out after seeing the negative reviews on so many different ones. Tech support and customer service kept in contact through the entire process and still check with me from time to time to make sure I’m not having issues. ... show more

We got the machine, which is shipped in a really cool trunk, perfect for setting it up on! Got everything all set up and put together, and the software downloaded and couldn’t get it working just right. We contacted the company and they were SO GOOD at helping walk us through everything and getting it working right(it was something we overlooked and was 100% a dumb mistake on our part). The Punehod DTF R1390 printer is hands down the best version of everything else you might find on Amazon. THIS is the one you want to buy. The engineering and design that Punehod has done to this version is incredible. The white ink has an auto agitator that will help extend the life of your white ink. DTF printing is amazing, the colors of this printer are INCREDIBLE and the detail and resolution it's capable of is astounding!!! DTF printing is not for the faint of heart! You need to ensure you are printing every day and there is per-day or even per-print maintenance that must be done! Thankfully, Punehod makes it so easy to do print head cleanings with one long press of a button! And then even when you're doing it right and printing each and every day, things can still go wrong. I can't say enough good things about Punehod's technical support. We've all had horrible experiences with other companies technical support, but Punehod was INCREDBILE. They were extremely kind and courteous, even through a language barrier. They sent extremely detailed images and videos in REAL TIME over WhatsApp and Skype. Even when I bungled the data ribbon install, they helped me through an extreme repair! I didn't think I could do it, but with their expert engineers, Punehod got our printer working even better than before!! I am totally loving my new R1390 DTF printer. If you watch the instruction video for set up and software installation you will have no problems. Prints much faster than anticipated. Colors are vibrant. The oven cures transfer evenly. If you are looking for a DTF printer, Procolored is your place to buy one. I only had communication with customer service one time and that was just to check in on shipment. They responded quickly. There is just one thing...when you fill ink containers on side mount door, cap the large hole, do not insert the small end of silicone color coded cap into the small hole, this creates a vacuum and pulls the ink back through.
