I love the machine so far! Easy to use and set up. Communication has been great from sellers. I've had several questions for the seller since this kind of printing is new to me .Sellers have been very prompt to getting back to me on ALL my questions. They've helped me navigate the printer settings, software and all my silly questions of learning the process. Communication is done through Skype since sellers is in another country. They have provided so many learning videos for me to watch. The help has been on going since this is all new to me. I have printed several shirts and the colors are very vibrant and the texture of the print is very smooth on the fabric. My prints have held up very well to several wears and washes.     • Waste of money.
I had this printer for about 6 months before I started having issues with it. Started off with the waste ink pump, asked if they could replace it as it was under warranty still.. they said I could send it to them but it’d cost around 250$ on my dime… they also said it’s very easy to do and would be able to repair myself. So I gave it a shot. Got the waste ink pump in and it worked for around a day, until my print head, motherboard, and power supply went out. The company sent out the new parts to me except the print head which was 240$ out of my own pocket. Mind you replacing this stuff was not “easy” like they said. After around 15 hrs I get everything in via remote contact with them and it still doesn’t work. So we go cable by cable thru everything and it still doesn’t work. At this point I’m very frustrated and just want them to take it back and repair it themselves on my own dime and shipping costs and they keep asking for videos and sending me videos of trying to fix the problem. Hard to represent a printer that’s down less than running and making you pay for everything out of your pocket under “warranty” ... show more

My son purchased this printer for me. I’ve had it a couple of months and have been printing like crazy. The transfers come out in vibrant colors. The RIP software is easy to use. I did have to contact customer service once and they were extremely helpful and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was still working properly. ... show more

    • Printer is not durable DONT PURCHASE!!
Purchased this printer just under a year ago. Mid November the printer stopped working and had a fatal error. Reached out to the company and have been in touch with them for 2 months. I have been made to spend over $300 on parts that have not fixed the issue. $255 of that was for a print head I was told to order in order to get the covered motherboard that shorted out. I get maybe 2 prints then another fatal error code. I have been told it’s not covered by warranty, but it’s less than a year old. I am told that I have to purchase parts that are not needed…oh, and I have been on chat with them for over 18 hours trying to fix things. They refuse to replace it, or refund it. Amazon says they cannot do anything because it’s on the 3rd party company to fix If you care about your own sanity, don’t purchase!! ... show more

Very fast delivery. My order arrived a full week sooner than estimated. Great packaging. Excellent new condition of the equipment. Instead of lengthy printed instructions seller provided comprehensive video guidance. It was quite easy to assemble and launch, but I still made a mistake. The seller responded immediately to the support request. They put together a chat with 7 (SEVEN!) engineers who promptly recognized the problem and helped me fix it. Software is a breeze. It’s not your regular printer. There’s a learning curve to the process. I’m still experimenting with different powders and film, but the results are already beautiful. ... show more

We got the machine, which is shipped in a really cool trunk, perfect for setting it up on! Got everything all set up and put together, and the software downloaded and couldn’t get it working just right. We contacted the company and they were SO GOOD at helping walk us through everything and getting it working right(it was something we overlooked and was 100% a dumb mistake on our part).     • Mixed Review- It is a good printer...
There were shipping issues, failures to ship everything together, and it took 2 weeks (15 days total) out of China. But - I waited. And, I had watched ALL the videos and I KNEW that DTF printing was high maintenance and "could" have issues. While this printer's quality is great, the design is something to be aware of. I ink containers sit on the tubes, so if you're having trouble pulling ink through, that's why. A pump could solve this problem. This print head does make a mess and requires daily maintenance - but it's not overly much. This definitely isn't a "hobby" printer - but for serious DTF printers. The printer has problems with "photo" images versus just brightly colored logos and designs, but it does do colors spot on. It comes with a flash drive you "have" to use - so I assume this is a "key". There is also some sort of liquid for the protecting the printer head, but no instructions, you will have to ask ProColored. My oven came with issues, but Procolored's support group is being very helpful and as long as I write a good review (or no review), will replace their damaged machinery. There is no inventory list, so you will want to reach out to Procolored. I will get another one of these given the price, unless another company brings their price down, as I do believe the print quality and output capacity is definitely worth it. ... show more
