The bed was cute it was kinda easy to put together except surprise, there are no holes where you are supposed to screw the headboard in which is annoying and tedious. I set this bed up and immediately noticed my mattress sinking in the middle, which I was hoping wouldn't happen but very little hope seeing as they only provide you with 4 very slim wooden slats. Which have little wooden stands which do not hold up on wooden floors and slide everywhere, so I went out and bought a huge area rug for space under the bed another $55. Even after spending more money and buying more wood for extra support costing me another $30 they were no help and the next issue became that the legs were now bowing with just the weight of the mattress. At this point im frustrated and glad I bought the 3 year warranty because I am over this bed, my friend comes over who is small as hell and she goes to sit on my bed and we hear a loud crack which we later find out is one of the side legs just breaking in half causing the bed to tilt, then the next day when I came from work since the bed was tilting to one side it causes the long sideboard on the other end to also snap. Safe to say I will never be buying a bed online again at least from this company. And shocker bought a three-year warranty, have tried reaching out to them, several times and keep getting you will receive a response in 48 hours message and then I receive no response!!!!!! I am aggravated and want alllllll my money back. ... show more

I was really nervous about buying a bed online i mean WHO DOES THAT... but i could NOT be happier! I LOOOVVEEE my new bed. I could not have asked for a better bed and for the price oh my gosh i would have had to spend 1000 or more on something like that at a furniture store. I LOVE this bed frame. The price is incredible! I was only able to find headboards I liked at this same price. When I opened the box, I freaked out because it looked like just a headboard, but all the pieces of the frame were zipped into a compartment inside the headboard. Its a great place to store stuff the rest of the time. It took me and my husband less than an hour to build. The parts of the bed that you don't see aren't really nice looking (unfinished wood) , but it doesn't matter since you don't see it. We had one little issue figuring out how to build because on of the parts doesn't look like the illustration, but we figured it out. We LOVE our new bed! ... show more

    • Buy spare brackets and slats
It's beautiful, the instructions were not clear and very difficult to understand, I've put together a similar bed with way easier instructions page by pages this one only had one page with steps all over the page and not in any type of order besides numbers, once getting bed put together, the brace between the two side rails you have to put together cracked while being assembled. Once we finally were able to get the bed put together, we headed to home depot to buy more brackets to secure the middle of the bed on both sides, once all the sides were secure we move to the slats, 4 slats would not hold any type of mattress much less humans on top of the heavy mattress plus box spring and humans on top, had to cut 2 more boards and place 2 more slats in with about a inch long screw to hold but not Crack the support, once the bed was reinforced with 4 extra brackets and 2 extra slats, wala we are ready to sleep on it. The headboard looks good had to cut a few strings off from stitching errors but it's good now and looks good! Still a great bed after all the reinforcement. If you want a cheap bed, go ahead and just buy the stuff to reinforce it an it will work fine. ... show more

    • It’s a cheap product, Don’t waste your money or time!
Upon arrival remove the headboard from the box, A lot of the parts that are used to put the bed together are inside of the headboard not a big deal just didn’t realize that’s where they are being stored. Oh my the sturdiness for this bed is an absolute zero if I could give it no stars I would have if I could return it I would this bed is for a person who is no more than 10 pounds as the frame is weak and the legs that go to it are also weak and thin as well as the planks that go under the bed they are thin the wood is cheap. To hold the bed up it seems to be sawdust wood that was put in glued back together that you screw nails into that hold these planks well that wood is cheap so the screws went right through. The bed was delivered May 27 my brother assembled the bed May 30 the bed was broken by June 25 ... show more

Great bed customer service not so good. Had a question asking if I could install an adjustable bed and got zero response back. When ahead and took measurements from the bed and looked up an adjustable bed that was alittle smaller and it fit. Obviously u can’t put the slats that come with the bed or the adjustable bed won’t fit in it 😂😂😂😂 ... show more

Very disappointed in this. I’m a college student just trying to redo my room in an affordable way. I should’ve just saved more money and bought a more expensive one that I know could’ve been up to realistic standards. I wish I could get my money back but I would have to send it back and package everything back. First they don’t make the holes for the screws which caused me to start 3 different times because the instruction manual didn’t help THEN one of the very slim boards didn’t even fit all the way, it was off by a couple of inches which caused me to buy sturdier wood. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DONT BUY. ... show more

We bought this bed for my mom’s room for when she comes to visit. The bead looks really nice for the price. Very easy to assemble. Packaging is amazing ALL parts are nicely tucked in the headboard. Parts perfectly organized and labeled made it much easier. Good bang for your buck.
