PuckiPuppy processed and shipped this order promptly. First thing: this bike was packaged extremely well. Heavy-duty 2x-wall corrugated cardboard. Inside the box, the bike was fitted perfectly by additional protective material. You'd have to work hard to damage this package in-transit. Once unpacked, bike assembly was simple and straight forward, with no issues encountered. Assembled and in-service, I gotta say this bike is awesome. Rides well. Manages road and trail equally well. Bike is super comfortable, sturdy, and functional. The 5 PAS settings work great. The bike maintains it's Class 2 speed of 20 mph. Bike arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly was easy and directions were clear. All bolts and supplied tools were very good quality. Ran into a couple adjustment issues but found a YouTube video for disk brake adjustment and derailleur adjustment and was off and running. This is our first ebike and both of us were pleasantly suprised. We are both around 300lb and this bike has fantastic power. These bikes are a bit large and are heavy so keep that in mind. Battery life seems very good as I had put about 15 miles on it with mostly throttle on hilly terrain and still had over half battery left. So I'm good with that. If I assisted more and weighed less the range would be right on par with what is advertised. Overall these are very well built and packed with power. I highly recommend giving Puckipuppy a try. ... show more

My husband got his ebike first to exercise his knee replacement. Then I got mine to ride with him - we are having fun - very enjoyable; the ebike makes it easier because of the pedal assist. If your legs are tired, press the gas. The Puckipuppy was packaged well, no damage. Easy to assemble but we had to adjust the bottle holder and front light to make them assemble correctly. The ebikes ride smooth and fast. They look good - camo for him and I got the yellow step through - I really like the “st” easier to mount. The value for the money is good. Little expensive on shipping. But I would recommend the Puckipuppy. ... show more

This bike is a lot of fun. I purchased it with the intentions of using it for hunting. The instructions to put the bike together are not the best and it took me around 3 hours to assemble after a couple of YouTube videos. I am 6 ft and 295 pounds and this bike moves me around just fine. It is built very well but it is a little on the heavy side. The bike will not disappoint. As someone who has bad knees and sometimes needs an assist for up hills, I love this bike! - The bike is very comfortable and well built. - The controls are easy to use. - It came with lots of extras, like bike locks, a bike cover, & a security system. - The bike is very easy to put together. It only took me about 30 minutes. And the company has been great! I originally bought the Labrador with the higher cross bar, but I'm only 5'4" and it was a little tall for me. PUCKIPUPPY called me a few days after the 1st bike was delivered, unsolicited, to see how I was liking the bike. I mentioned at that time that I loved the functionality of the bike, but it was a little too tall. They then worked with me to make sure I got this version, which is a much better fit. AND... I just love that they have dog breed names and are referred to as "companions". ... show more

This is an awesome bike! I was going to buy another more well known brand name for more money but thought I'd try this one instead. Completely worth it. Very well built, fast, and so far I have yet to completely run the battery dead in a single use. I'd buy another one for sure.
