I bought this as an accent piece for the bottom of my bed. It is very soft however I will tell you it sheds, but it’s very nice. It washes up nice as long as you don’t put fabric softener on it. You’re in good shape because fabric softener is what ruins this Polyester fiber. It has a tendency to snag, but I believe that’s from my cats. I just cut them off.
