Ordered two cameras (1080p 20x zoom) for my church, received both quickly and started to install them but discovered that one of them was malfunctioning out of the box, the tilt portion of the PTZ was not working. Attempted to return for replacement via Amazon but they would only take returns for refund. Contacted seller and they quickly responded by sending me a replacement and paying for return shipping of the broken camera. Camera and image quality are good, control of camera is easy and image adjustments are easy for an AV novice if you’re willing to just play with the settings to get the color balance you want. The only thing I wish was improved is the remote control receiver, there are two, one on the front and another on the back, it would be nice to have them on the sides too but this is not a major problem.

I initially had an issue with the camera as it stopped working, and I was quite upset. However, I was incredibly impressed with the company’s response. They were extremely prompt in addressing my concerns, refunded my purchase, and even sent me a new camera free of charge. To top it off, they overnighted the replacement! It’s clear that while rare defects can happen (one in thousands, and I happened to get that one), the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. Their quick action and generosity turned my frustration into genuine appreciation. I am very pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service.

Solid quality video and is probably great if you are doing separate audio. But it has no audio jack or built in mic for audio. So if you need that look for an upgraded model or add a bluetooth mic. This company does have good customer service.

This camera is exactly what I was looking for. Needed a camera that could be placed anywhere for areas where our mounted cameras miss. Mounted on a tri-pod and connected using wireless transmitter and receiver that I purchased separately and we could place the camera in the best spot to capture the scene. If I had one dislike it would be the remote being a bit finicky it has to be pointed directly at the camera to work. Not a huge deal as it works perfectly when aimed at the camera. All in all I am very pleased.

unpacked and mounted in church to be used to broadcast Sunday services. I set it up using face book as the platform on a 6 year old Dell desktop, Win-19, 16 Gb ram. First tried to use MS Edge and of course a security issue with my setting used Chrome popped right up. The Pan is smooth and the zoom has a fast and slow. Auto focus is great and the pic is excellent you can use USB or HDMI I used USB 3 easier to cable for me. So far a great camera been in use for 30 days will see how it lasts.

Used only 3 times so far in an indoor setting. In almost all the events, I have been within 10 ft distance and was trying to operate the remote (with new batteries) by pointing to the IR sensor but the remote has its own mind. In the first & second event I thought I was pointing it wrong but this time I checked and I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Same thing happened this time. The live display of the guest speaker was jittery and was totally off since the camera was not moving the way it should be due to remote issues. Pls buy something that’s reliable!

I use the camera with a RS422 joystick over a single pair from a CAT5 cable. Control works well. The colors are not quite as vivid as our other live stream cameras, and the video (over HDMI) lags a fraction of a second behind the audio. Edit: On further consideration, the lag is probably due to the camera being connected to a wireless HDMI extender.
