ordered two of these cameras for piano. The design, function and operation of the cameras are excellent. The clarity is outstanding. So I'm very happy with both of them. Dislike a couple of things: first for me, the owners manual is very confusing causing days of frustration. Second, again for me, the remote control which controls the on screen display is confusing causing days of frustration. I'm a novice so I'm taking some of the blame. owners manual should more clearly and better explain topics. I would buy again and recommend buying. Five stars for me. ... show more

Ordered two cameras (1080p 20x zoom) for my church, received both quickly and started to install them but discovered that one of them was malfunctioning out of the box, the tilt portion of the PTZ was not working. Attempted to return for replacement via Amazon but they would only take returns for refund. Contacted seller and they quickly responded by sending me a replacement and paying for return shipping of the broken camera. Camera and image quality are good, control of camera is easy and image adjustments are easy for an AV novice if you’re willing to just play with the settings to get the color balance you want. The only thing I wish was improved is the remote control receiver, there are two, one on the front and another on the back, it would be nice to have them on the sides too but this is not a major problem. ... show more

I purchased this camera for recording church services and live streaming. Although I came across some negative reviews, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the camera suddenly stopped working. I searched on YouTube and Google for solutions but couldn't find any helpful information. Eventually, I reached out to PTZ's email support, and I was amazed by the quick and helpful response I received. They even followed up, asking if the issue had been resolved. I would rate their customer service 100% – it was exceptional. As for the product, it’s great! The 4K quality is impressive, but keep in mind that you need a 4K-compatible monitor, or else the screen may go black. I really appreciate the new PTZ camera that was sent as a replacement.
