I’ve only used this to dry some hot peppers so far, but it worked perfect. Good temperature control, easy to setup and use without complication instructions. There is a ton of space in it, more than I will ever need probably. Overall super happy with my purchase, and I hope to be drying jerky in it soon!

Works great for drying herbs out of my garden, which is why I purchased it. I've used it now about 4 times, and it does a great job. I have a large number of herbs I like drying to make my own homegrown spices, and this has been great so far.

This is so amazing. The Food Dehydrator Machine has 8 stainless steel trays that you can use it for with so many choices. Ranges from jerky, fruit, pet treats, etc., has a booklet to help you start off with simple foods with times and temperatures . It’s 659w fast dryer and 95-167• adjustable timer makes it so easy to get it just right. The beautiful craftsmanship design makes it look so amazing in my kitchen. It’s not bulky either, but not lightweight. I’m really impressed overall with the product. Recommend!

Bought this mostly for jerky because my father in law keeps giving us venison and I was running out of freezer space. Did about 4 lbs of it on the top six trays at 160 for around 7 hours and it came out even, which was the whole reason I paid up for a stainless one instead of those round plastic stackers I had before. Those things always dried the top tray twice as fast as the bottom. The interior light is honestly the feature I use most, sounds dumb but I check on it without opening the door and losing all the heat. Its heavy, took two of us to get it on the counter, and it takes up real estate so mine lives in the pantry now and comes out when I need it. My only gripe is the drip tray is a pain to get back in straight.

I do lots of dehydrating. This unit has a very nice look, is quieter and does the job better as well as faster, at the same temperature, as the two previous ones I have owned. Added plus - mych easier to clean!

I have now used this for several months, and numerous times. I am loving it! I really like the compact size, so I keep right on my counter. plus, the sleek look, does not make it an eyesore. works great and runs quietly.
