I was simply looking for a stand to orient my ps4 in a vertical position and found this. I like the fact that it has two charging docks and gets powered by the PS4. Definitely worth the extra 15 bucks over a basic plastic platform..

    • An excellent controller charger and cooler for the PS4
It's hot these days and the consoles get pretty hot too. When i noticed my PS4 was getting pretty hot when playing for any session longer than an hour, i decided to buy a cooler for it. This cooler has fans which keep the PS4 cool and they're not that noisy, at least my PS4 was making much more sound then the cooler. Since my primary reason was to cool PS4 i got some additional bonuses with this as well which is the controller charger. We've all been there, wanting to play a game with the comfort of the sofa only to have found the controller is not charged. This changes that, as you can put it on the unit and it'll start charging. So everytime i am done playing, i put the controllers on the charge stand and next time i pick up, they're fully charged. The quality of the unit seems pretty decent too and there's a stand at the back for putting game discs which is also handy but i prefer to keep my games in a special drawer for games i have. I don't like the look of games just hanging out underneath the TV even if they are on the stand. The stand itself looks cool. I like the little light logos on the chargers which say "Charging" with red controller when charging and turning to green when done charging. Pretty cool idea and effect. ... show more

A product I didn't know I needed. Lol the internal fan helps cut down on the heat the ps4 gives off. So that's a plus. It hold ample amounts of games and keeps them tucked away. It also charged 2 remotes pretty quickly. And indicates red and blue when it's finished. I like the adapter it comes with so I could charge a 1st gen ps4 or the slim. It kept everything nice and snug. So that was pretty cool. The price was a little up there at the time. But it was worth it after receiving it. ... show more

So the base is nice as a concept but the fans really do nothing from the lack of circulation air. I put a receipt on top of the fans while on and it would not even move that. If you want to have it work as intended(will probably void any warranty) remove the metal shield on the bottom and raise it off the table about an inch. You'll get a good amount of air flow going into the ps4 like that. I used 6 popsicle sticks on the front and back side to raise it after I removed the cover, pretty sure someone can 3d print something to raise it up and look nicer but check out the photo for an example of what I did. ... show more
