I loved this mat at first. However, I've used it now for about 3 months and it's falling apart. I used it daily (5x a week) for a few minutes to do my cool down yoga exercises and/or during workouts requiring elbows and knees on the ground. Not too much daily wear and tear but over the last month it has become flat and doesn't keep any cushion at all. It has worn down in spots. I'm not sure if that is normal wear and tear, this is my first mat, but I assumed it would last longer than that.

Though the main uses is for knee issues, I use this as the perfect fitness mat for my circuit freestyle step platform. Especially on those exercise DVDs in my library in which this item is required or recommended, including The Firm's Complete Body Sculpting among others! My main fitness mat and Yoga mat are all from ProSource! So I knew instantly it would be a great purchase and it turned out to be exactly that!

I like a super-thin yoga mat, so I bought this for my knees and wrists for the extra support when I need it. It fits both of my mats widthwise. It's pretty thick but not stiff and hasn't worn out in the several weeks I've been using it. It doesn't slip at all no matter what pose or exercise I use it for, which is great. I feel safe, and it is supportive and just the right amount of squishy while still being very durable. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The older I get the thinner the yoga mat feels... my knees just can’t do full weight bearing poses anymore and I’m not that old! Enter this mat, and it takes my mind away from what I can’t do and let’s me focus more on the pose!

For those of us more slender people who find it painful to be on our knees in yoga or pilates, this is your answer! No longer do I dread child's pose or even cat/cow. I've even started using it for some of the side plank poses to protect my elbow from the hard floor. The material is quite squishy though, so be careful about balance!

I love this for yoga or any other workout where my touch old bone on bone knees hurt when just on my Manduka mat. I have had a smaller oval one but like this one better because I don't have to move it side to side.

I love this product. I've been using this mat for about a month to participate in yoga classes approximately 3-4 times each week. I have sensitive knees and this mat has been tremendously helpful. It helps protect them and I haven't had any knee pain since I started using it. I think it also serves as a good reminder to be careful about my knees when I otherwise might get caught up in the session and forget. It seems to be decent quality. I don't expect it to last forever, but is isn't very expensive so I didn't have very high expectations. So far it has been durable and I would buy it again.
