Even coming from nearly 15 years of similar products (Belkin N52te, Razr Orbweaver and Tartarus), there's a bit of adjustment to the exact placement of the keys and muscle memory to unlearn, but the additional buttons make for great MMO gaming and additional buttons to press. I still need to make small adjustments to the length of the rails but as someone with rather large hands, this came nearly perfect out of the box. I would recommend spacing out the buttons as there was some key "clipping" that was solved by making some room on either side. The software is very easy to work with and in a week I have found no issues with either the hardware or the software. ... show more

I really loved this product for the 1 month that it lasted. Unfortunately the thumb portion is not very sturdy and broke at the base. When I contacted Azeron they blamed me saying it was caused by misuse. Beef up the base of the thumb portion and this thing would be great. If you buy this just be aware. ... show more

I purchased this item directly from the manufacturer but I felt it important to leave a review on Amazon, so that people know this product is solid, a little less customizable than their Cyborg, but as someone who used to game on the Logitech G-13, this brings back a lot of good memories (and fixes a few issues the aforementioned device had). The customization it DOES offer help people with larger hands (like myself) play more effectively without abusing the fingers trying to contort to hit key combos or remembering which key goes where. That it uses standard DSA keycaps means you can further customize the look if you like (as I did with the purple keycaps purchased here on Amazon). The KEYZEN is responsive and OH SO COMFORTABLE for someone who still games regularly in his 50s. Previously I was using a Cyborg 2, which I still enjoy using, but Cherry mechanical keys are more tactile for me than key clicks in most of my games. I found that the KEYZEN felt better flat on the desk rather than on a riser, though your mileage may vary. This absolutely helps me game for longer without strain, and saves my hands from cramping while in intense gaming sessions. Moving from standard keyboard gaming DOES involve a bit of a learning curve, but I feel it's worth the effort (the included software is straightforward and easy to customize to your gaming needs across any games you have). Overall I highly recommend this to anyone who might have a problem with reaching/hitting specific keys while moving in FPS games and for MMOs this thing is the swiss army knife of button management! (in the included photos I purchased purple keycaps that fit just fine and upgraded the look of the unit!) ... show more
