Description

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable and durable surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas and other hard floors. The foam puzzle mat contains no phthalates.

These puzzle mats? A BLESSING. A MIRACLE. A FOAMY SQUARE HUG FROM THE FITNESS GODS. I laid these down and suddenly my floor was like, “Welcome to your new gym, queen.” Meanwhile, before this, my floor was strictly used for existential dread and stretching. First Impressions Thick. Soft. Sturdy. Like little foam clouds that snap together better than my life ever has. I put them down like a giant toddler doing a puzzle, and boom — instant home gym realness. Using Them I’ve worked out on them, dropped weights on them, done planks on them, and even collapsed dramatically onto them after squats. And guess what? • My knees said THANK YOU. • My elbows said THANK YOU. • My tailbone said OH BLESSED RELIEF. They stay in place even when I’m doing chaotic cardio that looks like I’m fighting invisible bees. Product was easy to set up under my pool. Thick and excellent quality. No ripping or tears with the high winds in my area. Product stays in place really well. Super soft on the feet. It does get hot in the sun dieing the summer but it's well worth it.

Great for the price. They are very comfortable to stand on and good for impact exercise.Easily cleaned with soap and water. They stay in place. . Has a tendency to attract dirt, but can be vacuumed. They are relatively durable and are suitable for their purpose. The edges can be walked on but, unlike the centers, the tabs at the very edge of multiple panel mat area are too weak to put up with much lateral force like continuous heavy exercises. This is only a problem at the edge of the room. The puzzle tabs and outer strips can be torn by hand and easily cut for size.. Most other mats in this price range have similar strength problems ... show more

Cushion is great with the thickness and durability will show overtime. The support is good. The size was good, but I ordered an additional two sets. As we are setting up a full gym in our garage. No weird smell was noted. It was great, and as I said, I even extended it. Fit together Perfectly.

    • Alternative Use - Comfortable Safety Flooring for Seniors

I bought several packs of these to cover our hardwood floors when my 80-yr-old husband came home from the hospital after a major operation. These are great for seniors who are afraid of falling on hard floors. Walkers work well on them and they are very comfortable for walking in socks. They have a cushiony give, but are springy with responsive and firm support. The thickness is a great buffer against hard floors, much better than padded carpeting. The surface is not slippery. Very easy to clean with a small vacuum and spills wipe up easily without absorbing or staining. Easy to cut with scissors for a custom fit. Absolutely love these to walk on and wish I could cover every hard surface in the world wtih them. Caution: the mat WILL SLIDE if you have polished floor underneath and don't install wall-to-wall or wedge in place against furniture that doesn't move. So be sure mat is secure if using for someone who has balance issues. ... show more
