Description

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable, and durable surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas, and other hard floors. The foam puzzle mat contains no phthalates.

Hey there fitness enthusiasts! Let's dive into my experiences with the ProsourceFit Puzzle Exercise Mat. It's an overall solid product, earning a respectable 4 stars from me. The mat offers a fantastic ½ inch EVA foam padding. It's a dream for workouts, adding a much-needed layer of comfort between me and the hard floor, whether I'm deep into yoga, pushing through a HIIT routine, or pumping some iron. I really appreciate the interlocking tiles design. They're super easy to fit together, allowing me to customize the mat to my space. And when I'm actually working out on them, they stay put just fine, no annoying slips or slides. However, there is a bit of a snag that keeps this from being a 5-star product. When I'm just walking across the mats, they tend to come apart. It's not a huge deal, but it can be a bit inconvenient. I've found that weighing down the corners with my dumbbells keeps them together just fine. On the durability front, they hold up pretty well, although they do show signs of wear a tad quicker than I'd like, especially with heavy-duty workouts.     • Better than anticipated, but a minor flaw... slippery surface residue

First - I ordered 48 tiles and only need 24 tiles. Was not sure how I was laying out the room and set it up in a "L" shaped layout - worked and looked great. Installed in seconds / minutes. If I damage any or something happens, I can swap out a tile in seconds. Seems to hold together well and if dense / firm, but cushioned. I was using carpet on a concrete floor as my cushion and it was hard on the knees and any floor exercised. Installed these and what a world of difference. Again, firm but still a slight cushion. I use the FITBOD app and it takes you through weights to bodyweight to bands so you are all over the equipment. Only used a couple of days but loving them. Now the drawback - I thought it was because I cleaned / washed the painted concrete floor in the basement that it was slippery when I stepped onto it from the mats. Went upstairs and stepped on the tile in the kitchen and noticed a slickness on my socks that made me walk cautiously like I could slip. There must be a some type of mold release product to allow it to come out of the molding process when they are made. Let me be clear - the mats, when on them, especially with shoes did not seem slippery to me. They are textured and noticed no slipperiness to them. It was stepping off them on the painted surface I noticed it. I am going to try wiping down with a window cleaner or car interior surface cleaner that has no shine to it to see if will cut the transfer down. Still recommend them highly. ... show more

I bought these as a surprise for my husband and he was THRILLED. I got enough to completely cover the whole floor in his work out room. They have the perfect amount of cushion but are still firm. They could also work well for a kids play room. Great value for money. To make it wall to wall I had to cut some of the pieces but that was easy to do with a box cutter, just make sure you have a fresh blade for a nice clean cut and "measure twice, cut once" so you don't waste any. ... show more

THESE GYM MATS ARE THE BEST! I have come back and ordered more a few times now. I have put them in more than one room, they are great to work out on plus just to have all across the floor because they make your feet feel nice especially if you have foot issues and are trying to heal ( like me ). I also put them over the whole floor in my She Shed for these reasons AND they help to insulate against the cold. ~~ They took a while to get here, but its only because of where I live; I am super grateful to have a seller who ships these. These work well as a flooring in my garage for my workout equipment. So far they are solid and are just enough for my bench and dumbells. Seem pretty durable and have held up for about a month or so of use. I'm pretty happy with it overall.
