Transform any space into a comfortable workout area with the ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat 3/4" or ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat 1". Six extra- thick tiles create protective flooring over wood, concrete, or carpet for workouts and gym equipment. This is the perfect solution for anyone looking for an exercise mat or multipurpose flooring thicker than 1/2" thick. Both mats have great durability, but the 1" creates more protection for heavier gym equipment and higher traffic. The textured surface has a soft feel with non- skid traction that is low-maintenance. Interlocking pieces are easy to assemble, covering 96 square feet. 12 border pieces help to create a flawless finish. Built to absorb impact and provide cushion to sensitive joints while reducing noise. EVA foam contains no toxic phthalates. Use just a few tiles for smaller spaces, or purchase multiple sets for large areas. Perfect for fitness studios, home gyms, commercial use, children's play areas, gymnastics or wrestling practice, yoga and more!

Supportive, very cushioned
Color: Black Size: 26"L x 26"W x 22"Th
I purchased these mats for a play area in our unfinished basement! My main goal was to have enough cushion and support if my kids were to fall. They provide excellent support and provide much more cushion than regular “play mats” found on Amazon. It took us about 10 mins to assemble a 96 sq ft space. It was extremely easy. They seem to be of really great quality- despite having hot wheels and other toys dragged around on them, they don’t appear scratched. These were a little pricier than other mats on Amazon however you get what you pay for. These are very high quality. When the kids outgrow their play room, we plan to use them for an exercise room. All in all, great versatile product of high quality, providing plenty of cushion and support whether you need it for kids, exercise, or yoga. I’m 8 months pregnant and sat on these for about an hour and it was much better than sitting on a basement floor. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

Great for Garage!
Color: Black Size: 26"L x 26"W x 22"Th
Review Image by Mom-in-charge
We love these tiles. They are very cushiony & easy to install. We laid them with the texture side up so if working out or doing gymnastics the surface isn’t slippery. We used a retractable utility knife which required you to score then make several passes to cut thru the width. It worked but a loner knife might make it cut faster. I would also suggest using a large metal square for cutting lines. We used a long level. It looks fabulous installed. I wish I would have taken a pic before we put everything back into garage. As you can see in the video we were able to cut them very precisely around the door curb. Highly recommend. One last note. We started at the front of garage so all the small cuts would be at the back and around our refrigerators. Just make sure the edge pieces are on the floor and not hanging over the lip where driveway slopes down. ... show more

I use these around my bed for my dogs
Color: Black Size: 24"L x 24"W x 0.75"Th
I have a wood floor and needed to be creative for my Dobermans. I installed a few options in the main house but decided these were a good fit for inside the bedroom and around the bed. Not only does it offer secure footing outside their crates but also for when they get on or off my bed. I have noticed the comfort and security of this myself actually. I have a shattered spine, and any hard impact like heels on a wood floor first thing in the morning, can be earth shattering pain for me. I don’t do that often, but when I do, these now take the hit and prevent me from having to suffer. Not only that but my little dog who has a large tumor on his rear leg and can no longer jump, actually can’t jump onto the bed with the small lift and added security of grip. These go together like a puzzle, very easy, but the edges are specific to that edge, so when using like I am, there aren’t enough. It was easily resolved with a razor blade, but the cleaner look would have been better. Also I have noted they scoot around a bit causing the connections to separate. I added carpet tape which helped most areas, but the one where we have the most traffic has pulled loose. I may have to do something more extreme for those tiles. I will add, I received a package that was slightly off, and didn’t connect fluidly. The company worked with me abc sent me a replacement package without issue. It’s always nice to know a company stands behind their products. Their responses were timely and professional, I felt like it would be handled appropriately from the start, and it was. That alone earns my future business. These are a good value and offer versatile options for flooring solutions. I needed something different, and these were perfect. I’m even considering a way to make the surface of my bathroom floor out of them. :-). ... show more

Nice mats
Color: Grey Size: 26"L x 26"W x 22"Th

I bought these to cover the tile floor in my exercise room. The mats are soft and durable (so far). Easy to put together. My only complaint is that weights will leave dents in the mats that take several days to recover.

Overall it’s great to add to your home gym
Color: Black Size: 24"L x 24"W x 0.75"Th
I’ve been using the ProsourceFit Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat in my home workout area and overall it’s been a good buy. The extra thickness makes a big difference compared to thinner mats it’s more comfortable on my knees and feet, and it definitely helps protect the floor underneath. The pieces were easy to put together and stayed in place for most workouts. I use it for stretching, bodyweight exercises, and light dumbbell work, and it feels stable for that. It also helps cut down on noise, which is a plus. That said, it’s not perfect. With heavier equipment or a lot of fast movement, the foam can compress a bit and the tiles can shift slightly. I wouldn’t rely on it alone for heavy lifting, but for general home workouts it does the job well. ... show more

Takes the fear out of falling on our patio.
Color: Grey Size: 26"L x 26"W x 22"Th
We need something like this under carpet in our whole house. Right now we only have tile floors. My wife fell and broke her kneecap on the tile. You do have to be careful not to tear the surface and dents from furniture dont rebound quickly but its not made for that. But it is comfortable to walk on after getting used to the springy-ness. I would definitely buy this again. Oh, and if we were having people overnight I would not hesitate having them sleep on these. ... show more
