We were looking for tote organization in the basement without breaking the bank. We knew this was a cheaper solution going in so we were not expecting greatness. While this unit is not super sturdy plastic, it suits our needs perfectly fine. It was so easy to assemble and easily holds a dozen totes, some of them quite heavy, with no problem. It comes with hardware to secure it to the wall, which I highly recommend if there are children in the house. For our purposes, the heavy totes keep in right in place against the wall.     • Super convenient storage rack
We love this shelf. It’s much more sturdy than I thought it would be. Anchored it to the wall as per the instructions and it’s held up great. There isn’t a shelf for the totes to sit on but they have a bar across which provides enough support and stability while the totes still slide out easily. It took about an hour to assemble with a 1 & 5 year old helper. You do have to pay attention to the directions as assembling or you’ll have to take it apart at some point to finish assembling (oops!) Seriously though this solved a storage problem For us and we now have the smaller tote storage rack and the larger size tote rack. Both are excellent and hold a variety of sizes for totes. Some better than others. Eventually I’d like all the totes to match but for now it’s perfect and all of the holiday decorations are accessible. ... show more

    • Buyer Beware...this is junk. Zero stars.
Buyer beware! Dont buy from this company. ZERO STARS of I could. Junk that collapsed with a few boxes in it. My handyman who is a Construction worker and does these types of installations all the time installed this for me. And it cost me money to do this. He anchored it in the wall studs and it collapsed when we put on a few 18 gallon totes. This is cheap pvc piping. A lot of my nice items inside the boxes were damaged, too. The product is substandard and overpriced unfortunately. This is junk. I asked to return it and they told me they wouldn't pay for shipping. I bought 2. They told me they needed pictures of the damage. I've bought thousand of items on Amazon and never had someone say they wouldn't pay for shipping their item back when there was a problem. This is a first. Is this company in China or something? I dont even see that they are registered with the BBB. Worst of all they then got argumentative and accused me of buyers remorse. What kind of customer service is that? Just horrible! Yes, I'm remorseful I would buy from a company that sells junk and wont pay to ship it back. Worst vendor I've ever dealt with on Amazon . I ended up getting metal shelving and it worked fine and was less expensive at Menards. ... show more

The fun part was putting it together. Just make sure you follow the instructions. But the final product was exactly what we needed. We got 12 totes off of the floor onto the rack. It’s easy and convenient and it saved a lot of space in our garage. It’s nice because everything is pre-measured for you. And the totes fit really good. ... show more

    • Supports large bins well
I was surprised how easy it was to assemble. It did require an electric drill to secure but even that was easy to do. It can be assembled with one person but as always when assembling shelving, 2 people makes it go faster. Much to my surprise it holds a variety of different size bins well.
