Swapped out my old electric tankless for this propane one and what a huge difference. The electric could barely keep up with two showers and then the washer would kill the hot water. This one handles it no problem, steady temp the whole time no matter what other faucets you turn on. Now, Install was kind of a pain, not gonna lie. Definitely not "plug and play". If you’re not used to dealing with gas or plumbing, hire a pro. Once it’s in though, totally worth it. Heats fast, runs quiet, and gives way more hot water than I could ever need. For anyone with a big house, 3000+ sq ft, get a recirculation pump. It brings the hotter water to your faucets faster by pushing cold water out of the pipes. Honestly can’t believe how cheap this was compared to Home Depot prices. A similar unit there would be $1,200+ easy. For the price, this thing’s a steal.

The box was a damaged ,when the plumber installed it and turned on ,it started on fire .he shut the gas line off and opened it to find out it's damaged and bad product. I wouldn't even give a star.

The media could not be loaded. installed this tankless heater about a month ago to replace our old tank system and its working nicely for our family of four! setup was pretty straightforward with standard 3/4 inch connections though definitely needed a plumber for proper installation. been using it daily for showers laundry and dishes and the temperature stays consistent even when running multiple things. really like the indoor controller - no more running outside to adjust settings. mounted it on our exterior wall and its handling our fall weather fine so far. few things to note though - you need good water pressure for it to kick on properly (learned that when our pressure regulator needed adjustment) and the initial temperature adjustment takes some fine tuning to get it just right. the display is easy to read and the controls are simple to understand. installation spot needs some planning cause you need proper clearance for venting. unit itself isnt too huge - way smaller than our old tank setup. makes mornings smoother since we dont have to worry about running out of hot water anymore. survived a couple rainstorms with no issues. just remember to have a qualified person install it properly and maybe get a cover for extra protection if youre in a really harsh climate area.

I'm absolutely delighted! My old electric water heater was slow to heat up and prone to fluctuating temperatures, but this propane tankless water heater has completely solved that problem. The water comes out quickly and at a consistent temperature, eliminating the scalding and cooling. Installing it outdoors saves space and eliminates safety concerns. Highly recommended!
