The box was a damaged ,when the plumber installed it and turned on ,it started on fire .he shut the gas line off and opened it to find out it's damaged and bad product. I wouldn't even give a star.

The media could not be loaded. installed this tankless heater about a month ago to replace our old tank system and its working nicely for our family of four! setup was pretty straightforward with standard 3/4 inch connections though definitely needed a plumber for proper installation. been using it daily for showers laundry and dishes and the temperature stays consistent even when running multiple things. really like the indoor controller - no more running outside to adjust settings. mounted it on our exterior wall and its handling our fall weather fine so far. few things to note though - you need good water pressure for it to kick on properly (learned that when our pressure regulator needed adjustment) and the initial temperature adjustment takes some fine tuning to get it just right. the display is easy to read and the controls are simple to understand. installation spot needs some planning cause you need proper clearance for venting. unit itself isnt too huge - way smaller than our old tank setup. makes mornings smoother since we dont have to worry about running out of hot water anymore. survived a couple rainstorms with no issues. just remember to have a qualified person install it properly and maybe get a cover for extra protection if youre in a really harsh climate area.

The media could not be loaded. First off, the size of this water heater is way smaller when comparing it to my old one. This not only eliminated having a bulky tank, the design of this water heater is so much more space saving. The fact that I can install this outside was even better too. Once I did have this installed, we immediately turned on the hot water and there was no having to wait for the hot water to warm up because in almost a flash, there was hot water. Even now, there's no need to wait for the hot water to turn on in the morning when we shower because its already there. The other great feature that I didn't realize I was going to get was that we can have someone in the shower and have someone washing dishes and there is no longer a fight over hot water. Even if someone flushes the toilet, while showering and washing dishes, no one gets cold water. This even includes running 2 sinks, 1 person washing dishes and 1 person washing hands, and the shower simultaneously. Even with this being installed outside, the weather doesn't cause any harm to this unit. While I do have it kind of tucked away, we had a big dust and wind storm to come through and even though the nook area that I have this installed was covered in dirt and dust, the unit itself had nothing wrong with it. We even experienced a small outage, but again, this didn't effect the water heater at all. Even with temperatures now dipping in the low 40s almost 30s, we still get hot water the whole time. Overall, this tankless water heater has been absolutely amazing for the 2 months that we have had this installed and running. We constantly get hot water when we need it without having to wait. Not to mention, we no longer have to choose between either doing the dishes, showering or even washing clothes. We found that we can literally do all of these things all at the same time and all throughout, still get hot water. Another thing I noticed is that since installing this, there has been no significant change in my bill either. If you are considering upgrading, highly recommend this unit.

Worked great for the first couple months, then the water started getting way to hot no matter what temp I put it on. Then 6 months in and it keeps throwing the E1 code and we have no hot water at all. It isn't igniting. I have gone through the trouble shooting steps and it still isn't working. Since it has been 6 months, I can no longer get in contact with the seller. *** UPDATE... Seller contacted me and shipped me a new hot water heater. I have gotten hooked up and it is working great! They were very quick to make things right, and answered all of my questions.
