This product will not heater up. There are wires inside that wasn't connected. When you connect them it shorts out the circuit board. When you unplug the wires it powers back on. Also amazon will not allow you to return. Buyer beware!

I have a 1600 sq ft home and I'm heating the entire house with this water heater. This may be the absolute best purchase I've ever made. Installation is relatively simple. The parts that come with it will connect to normal pipe fittings. It is awesome!

Expected to have some type of screens for indoor use. There is two 3" round open end pipes that run to the exterior. One pipe connects to the exhaust and the other pipe is just a hole to the exterior for makeup air so you dont create a negitive pressure in the room which would not allow the unit to properly vent. The main issue is with two 3" opening to exterior you will have wasp, lizards, roadents and every other bug and animal in your home. As for the unit itself goes I can't say much I never hooked it up I ended upgoing with an electric tankless waterheater instead and nothing cent to ourside.
