This thing will put out a serious flame. This is great when we are out camping and making coffee in our French press or cooking on a skillet. It’s big enough to hold and support both and I have a regular size cast iron I put on it. The base is nice and packs away without taking up a lot of space. The lighter is also super cool and has like a little plasma spark thing. Either way it works well and has been handy even lighting our campfires too!

I wasn't sure how this was going to work. I've always had the two-burner camping stoves. This is great, it uses either propane or butane. The burner is very large and heated up my coffee water in just a few mins. It's light weight and I wish I knew about it a long time ago. It comes with a carrying case, a little flimsy, but it protects it from the dust.

Recieved Feb 12 2025 Bought this because of the BTU rating and the windbreak addition. It's very simple but does the trick. On the packaging it says it's rated at 3.3kw output which is actually bout 11400btu. It cranks out the heat and works well. Seems to be a good buy so far for $27. Very happy.

I am absolutely pleased with this portable stove, an essential tool during power outage. The design is very practical, with dual fuel design that connects an 8 oz butane canister (7,200 BTU/HR) or 16.4 oz propane canister (6,500 BTU/HR). It can be hard to get a 8 oz canister at the local supermarket, but there is always plenty of 16.4 oz, so the dual design was my best option. Case is flimsy, as everyone has indicated, but it does okay for storage and transportation. I kept the instruction cardboard wrap that holds the case secured, so don’t discard or tear into it. No issue starting up with the Piezo Ignition. It boiled my noodle within 2 minutes, so depending on what pots you use, it can be really fast. There is a label in the tray, that I did not notice to remove it before use, and it just melted and burnt up. I suggest to remove it first. Works perfect as described, and if the price is right, this may be for you.

Bought this mostly for emergencies, but I did hook up a one pound canister of propane to try it out. Turned the gas all the way on and it did ignite. If you don't want the bigger flash you can turn the gas on a little bit and light it by hand. The way I would use it is on top of my electric oven if the power was out, should be fairly safe there. They do not recommend that you use this inside.

We never camp more than 2 nights at a time so heating something in one pot is all we need. The little electric lighter that comes with it is a nice add on.

Don't buy this mini stove set up over another similar product because of the Windproof Lighter which is included. It looks great and sounds great in the description. However, it is just a junky add on that DOES NOT WORK. (YES, IT WAS FULLY CHARGED AND BRAND NEW.) The portable propane stand and topper stove is lightweight, compact for storage, tow and it works well, provided you light it with a match or lighter of your own. I'm clearly disappointed as this was going to be a trip game changer...
