First the good: fixture arrived on time, not damaged, and looks beautiful. Next the BAD: if you like the look of the elongated Edison bulb most WONT fit! Had to go to 3 diff stores before finally finding bulbs that fit! The bulb had to be smaller then 5in long and most Edison bulbs are 5.3-5.5 in long. Unless you go for the more rounded bulb which just looks like a clear amber bulb and doesn't really give you the antique look. Third pic shows standard (5.5 in) bulb that wont work, plus smaller (5in) that I was finally able to find, plus rounded style which will work. ... show more

This would have been a fantastic product. I would have given it five stars. but unfortunately the light bulbs that they show as fitting this fixture do not work as shown. The bulbs are too big. I was extremely disappointed that I had to go with another style bulb. I bought two of these fixtures for my kitchen. Very very nice looking shape and style. But unfortunately I lose some of the look because the bulbs don't work as shown. ... show more

The box this comes in has NO details or warnings of glass being in it. The glass is fragile, so it almost never withstands the abuse it goes through in transit. The inside of it doesn’t have supple support for the glass and the base. It’s kind of a pain to install considering the glass dome is almost never made to how it’s suppose to be(no quality check for these cheap things ever) and the finial doesn’t fit how it should. I bout three, and two came broken TWICE. I emailed them, never responded either to help me. Not only was I missing a finial to the fixture, but it came broken as well. So buyer beware, if you get lucky it looks nice. But I found that it comes broken or isn’t well built regardless of how it looks. ... show more

Great look to them. To me, these are are not a focal type light fixture. I placed them in my bedroom closet as well as my laundry room. Very easy to install. Glass was jagged around the edge. This thing sucks. Should be a 10 minute install but the instructions are garbage. Took me an hour. Its such a simple install you shouldnt even need instructions but they dont package the stuff very intuitavely which forces you to use the instructions. And the glass bowl has alot of imperfections in it, so the finished product isnt even nice. Piece of crap ... show more
