Not a whole lot to like about this table saw. The table came to me bent, it’s very flimsy and seems like it’s made out of low quality tin and plastic. First cut I ripped a 2” x 8”X 8 ‘ in half. The motor bogged down and stopped😳 I’ve cut ( not ripped. Gave up on that use) a couple of boards since then. Light work cutting seems okay. However, this tablesaw could only possibly be used for light duty (I would even say extremely light duty). Don’t bother trying to rip anything. Just can’t handle it. And yes, we were holding the board extremely straight and level. The only possible good thing I can say about the saw is that it’s very light and easy to move. However it’s lightness is only because of the very low quality material it’s made out of. I doubt the saw can possibly go the distance. We will see

I haven't used this table saw. I couldn't assemble it, and wouldn't trust it if I could. The four legs that form the stand: are they joined by one set of braces, or two? Figs. 2,7,8, and 9 show two sets, one halfway up the legs, and the other at the top of the legs. Fig. 6 and the front cover pic (if you look closely) show just the braces halfway up. It turns out that it just has the braces halfway up. Once you've assembled the stand, the instructions tell you to "place the (plastic) saw base on the leg stand." You can't do that - there's nothing to set it on but the ends of four legs - which attach to the outside of the corners of the saw base, IOW, the saw base is in between the legs, not on it! So you turn everything upside down and try to assemble it that way. But you only have one nut and bolt to attach each end of each brace to its respective legs with, so it's got a lot of play to it; you can't hold the ends of the legs steady against the corners of the base. (This would also make me worry considerably about its stability when in use.) So attaching the legs to the saw base using the screws they give you is a major challenge. First time I've stripped the threads on a screw in *decades*, and in this case I stripped several. Once you finally get the saw base attached to the leg stand and set it upright, you need to attach the riving knife, the blade guard, and the anti-kickback pawls. To do each of these, you need to remove the metal table insert that surrounds where the blade comes through. To remove the insert, the instructions say: (1) lower the blade (easy enough) then (2) "remove the table insert." I'm not joking: it tells you to remove the insert by removing the insert. It doesn't just pull up and out. Checking underneath, a clip holding the insert firmly in place at one end is visible; there may be another at the other end, but I didn't get that far. The only way to get any leverage to pry that clip free would be to use a protruding part of the *plastic* saw housing as a fulcrum for your prying tool. You'd have a good chance of breaking that part of the housing. There were also a couple of bolts embedded in the surface of the saw table near the insert. Could loosening them loosen the insert, or would it loosen something else? Looking again underneath, my conclusion was "something else." And in the absence of an 800 number to call, that seemed to be the point to give up at. So I disassembled the legs from the saw housing and from the braces, put everything back in the box, and now, having referred to the instruction manual to write this review, I'm going to put that back in the box too, and return the whole mess.

The leg kit is cheap and flimsy. Mine couldn't be installed because the nuts mounted in the plastic weren't all pointed in the correct direction so I couldn't put the bolts into two of them to secure the legs. Other than that it cuts good but the fence will "walk away" and not hold. I put 2 c clamps on the back side to keep the fence in place. I also didn't install the safety stuff on top as it looked flimsy.
