Having a newborn definitely isn't easy, but the Snoo makes our lives so much easier! I wasn't sure if it would work, and it did take some getting used to for everyone, but our two month old is sleeping the ENTIRE night almost everyday! We usually put baby down when completely asleep and even if he wakes up, the Snoo does it's job and quickly rocks him back to sleep. Our first child was a terrible sleeper, but I couldn't justify the cost of a Snoo. If you consider how often you use it a day and the cost per use, it really is a great value. Purchased this item for my sister 1 year ago and she is beyond happy. Her and her husband said that it guarantees an extra hour of sleep and puts their baby to sleep right away. The first couple of days took the baby getting use to it and they did not want to sleep on it but after being consistent the baby would fall right to sleep. The product is expensive than most average bassinets but definitely worth every penny especially if you plan to have multiple children. ... show more

    • Bad for Twins, Don't Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby. Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won't help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING! ... show more

After a month of sleepless nights with a newborn, we caved and bought the SNOO at 12:28 AM and it is hands-own the best middle-of-the-night purchase I've EVER made. We were starting with a baby that woke every 2-3 hours and was IMPOSSIBLE to get back to sleep after feedings. The first night with the SNOO our little man slept 5.5 hours, woke for a feeding (went RIGHT back to sleep) and then slept 5 MORE HOURS. We felt like new people! And it wasn't beginners luck! The next night, he slept 4 hours, woke for feeding, then slept for another 5 hours. By the third night, his longest stretch of sleep was 7 HOURS! We continued on like this (waking once for feeding) for a month and a half until last night.. ..our sweet baby slept for 10 HOURS! The whole night - all thanks to the SNOO. This is 100% a necessary purchase for those having a baby! I know it's expensive but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY. Sleep is priceless and if you're looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SHOWER GIFT ON THE PLANET, buy this. Run, don't walk. And if you're having a baby or trying for a baby, save up, do what you gotta do, and look for when it goes on sale because honestly, this bassinet is more necessary than pacifiers, diapers bags, and basically every baby item besides diapers tbh. ... show more

    • Fantastic with a few small flaws
We are starting month 6 in the Snoo with my twins. There are a few annoying things about it, especially the fact that you can't control two Snoos on the same account on your phone--you need to log out and log back in (I actually use an old iPhone to control the second Snoo, this phone basically only exists as a Snoo remote control now). I also wish the sound and speeds were even more customizable. Also, the app doesn't give you all the times the snoo was turned on and off and when it speeds up--that's super dumb, why can't we see that info? You can only see some of it. However, I love the Snoo and would buy it again. Especially for twins, when we need all the help we can get with sleep. It was the one big splurge we made before the babies came, but I feel like we'll get most of the money back when we resell the Snoos. I was lucky that my babies are, so far, pretty good sleepers. That might be totally due to the Snoo. I don't know. I have watched it soothe them back to sleep with my own eyes. Recently, in fact, one baby has started waking up an hour into her nighttime sleep and SCREAMING and the only thing that calms her is Snoo level 3. It's amazing. I am scared for when we have to give it up. Actually, that was my biggest hesitation with the Snoo was getting them to stop using it. But there is a weaning mode that helps with that. Another great thing is that ZERO babies have died from SIDS in the Snoo. It is, so far, 100% safe, which is a good feeling. I never have to worry about safe sleeping. However, I do feel like it could encourage flat heads even more than regular back sleeping because the baby is strapped down. Pro tip: Wait until Happiest Baby has a Snoo sale (they have 30% off ALL the time and rarely 40% off). They will also have the sale on Amazon.
