I bought this projector to watch movies at home, and it's been great so far. Review of: Sunys Projector with Bluetooth, ASIN: B0DPKF2YYY. There wasn't a whole lot of information about this projector when I ordered it, and even the picture doesn't seem to show the actual product. But I gambled on ordering anyway! This project does not support VGA (the place for the slot is there, but the port isn't), and does not have Android built-in, or anything, so you'll have to supply content outside of the device. The buttons control the basic interface and options. The remote might be useful, but doesn't seem to have more options than the buttons directly on the project, and doesn't come with batteries. This projector looks like Sunys other projectors, and you can connect to it via WiFi from your mobile device, HDMI, or RCA/AV in. There is also a slot for a micro SD card, or USB, but I didn't try those functions. From my Android phone, it was easy to Smart View content to the WiFi device that showed up. I also connected my Bluetooth speaker via the projector's Bluetooth. Now, content from my phone showed on the projected image on my wall, and the audio from my phone played through my Bluetooth speaker! Slick! There is an easy knob to adjust for the focus, and for keystone, and I was able to make the picture looks pretty great at a large size, from 10-12 feet away. This isn't the world's brightest projector, but for the price, it seems pretty good. It is super light, and I think it will be useful for movie night, a presentation, or just for decorating purposes, such as projecting a spooky scene at Halloween!

I have been using video projectors in my home theater for years. I’ve had LCD and SXRD technology. This uses a LCD with a LED backlight. You shouldn’t have to change the bulb since there isn’t one. So let’s get to it. For the price, the performance is incredible. It’s relatively bright when used in a dark room. Airplay from my iPhone worked out of the box once connected to wifi. We connected a switch and watched Anime and also played some games. I didn’t feel much/any lag when playing some Nintendo Switch Online games like Super Mario World. I was surprised to see an optical keystone correction. This is when the projector is above or below a screen or wall. Like on a coffee table and the picture turns out to be a trapezoid. You can adjust this optically with a lever on the side. Nice touch. My expensive projector doesn’t even have this feature. There is a focus on the projector. So you can make a clear image and not have to be at the exact focal length. One thing missing is a zoom. I think if there was a zoom feature to optically increase/decrease the picture that would have really made this a home run in the price point. The on board speaker is good enough for movie night and playing games. It isn’t particularly loud, but it’s OK if you don’t have anything. I can also connect to an external bluetooth speaker but I didn’t have one on hand to test. At the end of the day, it is a good projector at the price point. I’d say great for a dorm room, office, or somewhere you want a big screen against a wall.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I ordered this. The main photo looked like someone dropped an old projector and cracked the lens. It was a toss-up as to what would actually come in the mail, and this little guy is what arrived! The picture quality was surprisingly good at 1080p. The menu was easy to navigate and snappy. I got it connected to my wifi super fast and was playing videos from my phone in under 10 min. I was using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I can't tell if it's an issue with my phone or the projector, but I was constantly getting disconnected from AirPlay when I would try to play a video. I'm not too concerned with that since I have an HDMI adapter for my phone that I prefer to use anyway. The sound is sufficient to hear what you're playing, but if you really want to watch a movie, you're going to want to connect headphones or an external speaker to it. You can use wired speakers/headphones or connect them through Bluetooth. The manual focus works well; you just need to make sure you have enough distance between the wall and the projector; about 6 feet will do it. There is also a manual tilt feature that can get you a better rectangle in case your angle is a little off. Overall, this would be a great unit for travel, to teach workshops, or for a kids playroom. Yes, it's a bare-bones projector, but for me, it has everything I'd need. Plug in the phone and go. And at this price point, it's an absolute steal. I'm going to be taking this on trips and streaming shows from my iPad.
