Here is a story to tell - A year ago, I bought the Projector. For the next 8-9 months it runs well without any issues and after the period, it started some red patches on the screen. Initially the patches were unnoticeable but gradually it increased to noticeably unwatchable. By the time, a year passed by. After a year, with lots of doubt in mind, I contacted the supplier and updated about the issue hoping they may give some suggestion to resolve. Instead, after a year, they corresponded so well that they replaced the whole unit. They asked me to return the old one though but guess what - they did not even charge me the shipping cost even after a year. Projector is also performing well now but more than that, the seller should be highly trusted upon that even if you faced any problem, they resolve the issues at their personal best. Moral of the story - Trust the product but Trust More to the "Seller". ... show more

This is my first projector and I'm impressed with the picture quality. I haven't used it on a projector screen yet but I hear they make it even better. I did lots of searching and watched lots of reviews here and on yt before deciding on this model. The coupon at the time of purchase was a good motivator too! What I liked on this unit over others was the built in filter and lens cover. However, the lens cover isnt so convenient. Turns out the lens has to be retracted before the cover can be slid over. So if you want to leave the projector out but cover the lens, you will need to refocus the picture next time you use it. No, that not a difficult task but it takes away from the convenience. The audio is this unit is nice. Not home theater nice but definitely better than I expected. At times it sounds like it's coming from the projection wall. That could be just in my head and results will vary due to room variables. I haven't found a way to control volume from the projector but the remote has a few buttons for volume control. The remote is awesome! It allows you access to all the projector functions including volume and zoom. Zoom allows you to set the projector at a further distance and shrink the image to fit the wall. Zoom is a descending function and to get back to 100% to just keep cycling down until it resets. I believe it goes to 75 then recycles. As you can see from my pictures it also fits a typical camera tripod. Not much to be said about this but will work well for my intended use. About the wifi direct. I couldn't get it to work with any android phones. I tried casting/ mirroring directly and through our home wifi with no luck. I could easily find the unit both ways but could not establish a mirroring. I ended up using a Roku but great success after trying a failed fire stick. We'll save that for another review, LOL. I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants to try out a projector. If course I would caution that if you're only means of use is mirroring. ... show more

This projector is small compact yet very powerful it supports 4K and yes I tried a 4K video online and the colors pop and unlike the other projector this is replacing the other projector was bigger more expensive louder and what I mean by louder noisier it didn't have Bluetooth this has Bluetooth and it works fantastic on my Bluetooth soundbar and my Bluetooth headphones they sound both amazing The only thing I would say about the sound if you're connecting it through the 3.5 audio connector which I first did with my soundbar and the sound was just okay if I had to read the sound from 1 through 5 it would be 2.5 now when you connect it to Bluetooth it sounds amazing very clear very loud in a good way I like that it has Bluetooth so this is a small review on a small compact get powerful projector if you can get this on sale like I did get it The company and customer service are great The warranty is good for I think two to three years but I did buy an extra layer of protection through Amazon which I got this from Yes it does play the fire Stick it plays my upscale Blu-ray player looks amazing on it it plays Verizon fios TV amazing colors and sounds through the soundbar All in all I give this a 4.5to 4.9 and that's only because of the sound I would give it 5.0 if the sound was better but that's it you want something small portable get this ... show more

    • Great projector, hard to clean.
Great projector, very bright! So the lens burns easily if left on, always turn off when not in use to avoid that. Inside gets very dusty quick, it does have a removable dust filter, but i still have a lot of dust built up inside and its starting to effect the image and my house is super clean/nothing else is dusty like this thing... it sucks a lot of air through it. I can't find a way to open it up and clean it out yet, but not even sure if its safe to do so. Overall it was fantastic for about 2-3 months, and now its pretty ugly. I'd go with one thats easier to clean next time. ... show more

    • Can NOT beat it for the price
I received the projector today. To be honest. I was a little skeptical. However, to my surprise. The projector worked exactly has described. I put a movie on an USB. It played with no problems. I hooked up a Roku stick and was able to watch Netflix, Peacock, and HBO Max. I have not tried a DVD yet, but don't expect any problems. I didn't expect a thousand-dollar projector. I must say that the picture was viewable even with the lights on although a little washed out. Certainly watchable. With the lights off. The picture quality was very good. If I had to pick something. I would say I wish it had a screw for a tripod. I have already advised my sister and brother to order one. Update: The projector still works well, and I am happy with it. However, when I hook up a DVD player using HDMI. There is not voice. I reached out to the manufacturer, Vilinice, and go no response. Even though the booklet that comes with the projector says questions are quickly answered. I will agree that for the price the projector is worth it. However, I will NOT buy anything from that manufacturer again. By the way, if I hook up the DVD player using the component wires. It works fine. However, the picture quality is not quite as good. ... show more
