I purchased my mask FOUR YEARS ago, I just went searching in my orders for it because I’m buying another as a gift… I had to provide a review because whatever the other PRECIOUS humans feel the need to share does NOT reflect my long-term usage of this AMAZING MASK. And I’m someone who sees less than 5 stars and is like “ehhhh”. So I should be better myself… …here’s my routine: wash face, rose water, moisturizer or serums + blue light for 5-10 minutes (to kill bacteria) and 20 minutes red light. I’m an actress, my makeup artist loves when I have time in the morning before filming for my little routine. I love it because I’m saving thousands of dollars on facials. The turnover of my skin is amazing! It’s super easy! It’s lasted 4 years with ZERO PROBLEMS. The fit can be a bit tight, you definitely want to be laying down. I just do my Duolingo so I’m learning and glowing simultaneously. lol. Strong YESSSSSS on this mask for me! IGNORE THE HATERS!!! I’ve purchased this as a gift before and as I said am doing so again. It has been well loved! — I would honestly pay $400 for this because it comes with the neck light —shhh! Don’t tell the sellers! Happy Face-Masking! :)

This is a great mask. I ordered my first one 6 years ago but developed a stress break in one of the cords so I need a replacement. I use it about 3-4 times a week. If it were not for the cord wearing out, it would still be going strong. The battery pack charges well and holds a charge well. The nose piece can get uncomfortable after a while but a cotton ball between your nose and mask can fix that. I can absolutely tell the difference when I don’t use it. I really like having the extra piece for my neck. It only gets 4 stars because of the nose issue. Also, the cord stress break is sort of an old school issue that should not be happening. Compared to other masks, it is a great value for the money. I really like having the green light for pigment issues (sun damage) in addition to the traditional red and blue. I highly recommend if you are looking to up your beauty routine without chemicals and huge expense.

I really liked this unit despite being uncomfortable on your nose. I saw that on other reviews and thought how bad could it really be?!? I don't know if it is the plastic nose piece or the weight of the mask but it is bothersome. That being said, I had established my consistent skincare regimen and never wanted to skipped and looked forward to it. My thinking is the long-term payout is better than the short term discomfort. Love and specifically purchased for the additional neck light. With my simple skincare routine I do feel like I was seeing benefits. And then it died. 😭 I have never been more sad and it isn't because of the price point but not being able to use it and stay consistent. Before writing this review I did search for a place to contact seller but couldn't find a link or email address. My preference is to get a replacement but only have until February 2nd for a return. I will update review once I see if I hear from the seller or I get a replacement Update: I did reach out to the company on the email that was provided on the documentation in the package. They have been very polite, very understanding and are sending me a replacement control box. The seller is amazing and I have no doubt that if the control box or device malfunctions again they will take care of the situation. I am anxious to receive the control box to resume my consistent skincare regimen. Using the device has become a habit that includes makeup removal and following up with serums and night creams that have truly made a difference.

I bought it quite a while ago used it for some times with no visible results and put it away for like 6 month. When i decided to go back to it and try it again the power block would not charge. Meant to leave this review for a while now.

It works really well for only a short period of time then the power pack went out, have returned it back to the manufacturer and have not received a refund or a replacement as of yet
