The design of the mask is awesome! I have been using it for 1 month. There is a noticeable smoothness to the skin on my face. Also, I have used the red light for 5 minutes on my hands by putting my hands under the mask which is sitting on my counter. So I get up, wash my face & lay back down 10 minutes with red. I was having an unusual breakout on my face as it has been 20 years with just an occasional pimple. So I added 5 minutes on blue. Amazingly, it started healing immediately and within a week all blemishes were gone!!! I do need to mention I am 72 years old. Exercise regularly & am just in the last few years getting tiny wrinkles & some gray hair. No aging gracefully for me! I am going down fighting. And Project E mask is my new weapon!! Lastly, spend the extra $ to get the rechargeable model. You can take it any where & the charge lasts at least 4 days My only concern is that it is heavy on my nose so I lay down & support the weight with my hands. I have been using this mask for 3 weeks. I was originally using blue light due to my acne. After a week, I started noticing my acne going away. So I started using the red and purple light. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - It seems to work especially with my acne. My face becomes smoother and soft too. - multiple lights so you can use whatever light you think best fits for you for certain days - I can use it even though I am not near to an outlet. Remote needs to be charged first if you do not want to be tethered to the wall with it. - battery seems to last for an average of 1.5 - 2 hours (so like 3 to 8 uses) - packaging is good. I kept the box and it help kept the mask secure - comes with neck piece - Mask seems durable - it comes with a decent size (15ml) hyaluronic acid serum Cons: - Pricey - You cannot detach neck piece from face mask - A little bit heavy but I got used to it - Even though it comes with like an ear handle to hold the face mask when you are upright, it still falling off my face and uncomfortable to have it on while walking around the house. Best to use it lying down. - leaves some mark on nose bridge. To avoid this, I just simply put round cotton used for make up remover on the mask(nose bridge part). ... show more

I have been using this LED mask consistently for about a month and a half and I do see some results. My neck wrinkles are noticeably lighter, pigmentation/acne scars fade much faster, and less breakouts. I use it for at least 3 times a week, mostly with the Red light at level 5 for 20 minutes most days and at least 10 for the others. In my research, Red light setting is the most powerful so I mainly stick with Red. Blue light setting helps with cleansing so I like to use it after exfoliating. I haven't tried the serum that it came with because I rather pair it with sheet masks :) Before buying this unit, I've read many reviews on other similar products, the reasons why I picked this are: 1. Wireless - it has wires that connect the face and neck piece to the controller but you don't need to be tied down to a power supply. 2. Has a neck piece - necks get wrinkles before your face does. 3. Has 7 different colors - even I only used 2 but I'm sure I'll get to the rest of the colors in the near future :) 4. Affordable - my LED facial at the esthetician costs about $150 each time! Only con is that the ear pieces are too tight. I don't walk around during treatments, I just put it on my face and neck and lay down. The unit is very light but I do feel the pressure on my nose after a few minutes so I usually just hold it with my hands slightly to take the pressure off. Very happy with my purchase, will continue to use, hopefully my neck lines will fade more. ... show more

This product and company doesn’t even deserve one star. It will not change colors they said it was a faulty remote box. Stays on blue light. I can’t get it to toggle to the other colors. I bought this one because it had the neck light portion also but it’s very heavy on your face and doesn’t even work. It hurt my nose so bad it felt like it was breaking my nose. It took a VERY long time to receive it in the mail and it’s heavy on so your face and it isn’t wireless you have to plug it into the wall and are stuck with a short cord. Other less expensive ones with the neck portion are wireless. On top of all this I contacted them for a refund and I had to pay almost $20 to send it back and the company “ returned to sender” my UPS tracking number shows it is coming back to me. This is a terrible product and a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I returned a product that was broken and they had a fake return address. This it’s fraud. They knew the product didn’t work from a faulty remote box so why send it out to begin with. This product needs removed from amazon. ... show more

Like that this device has light choice color and power options. I have been using this device for about 3 weeks and have noticed a minor improvement. I am hoping for better improvements going forward. This device is really heavy and hurts my nose a real lot. It is very uncomfortable because of this and also the part that goes over the ears is very uncomfortable and constantly comes off.
