Ohhhh boyyyy. I was trying some new pre out because whey dosnt do it anymore. And this stuff is GOOD! I lost 12 lbs in a month and gained so much muscle after using this with the creatine that ryse sells as well. This is an awesome pre workout! The Stims hit really hard, and give you plenty of energy for your workout, the focus was really good as well. The effect of the stims last the entire workout for me and a little after the workout, I didn't crash hard afterwards either. the pump was good, but it really wasn't too much different than any other decent pre I've had. I really didn't get an intense tingly feeling from the beta-alanine, I did feel a little tingly but it wasn't anything too crazy though. The taste was good it tasted like Baja blast mtn dew and it mixed good as well. over all a really good pre workout in my opinion. ... show more

This was one of the best tasting pre workouts I've ever had. The pump you get is insane and there is no artificial colors. Best pre only downside is that the container is only half full.

Don't want too much caffeine in the morning so I take about half a scoop and it's really great! Gives a nice pump and focus without my skin feeling weird, definitely buying more Ryse pre-workouts after this one.
