These are excellent! The model is Professional S and are the three sizes you'd need the most. This is the higher model of this company's knives. I bought these for my house overseas as I have the same ones in the US and have been using them for a long time. They've stood up for years and the edges are good. These knives are great. They are well balanced in my hand, and they are VERY sharp. I have had the chef’s knife for many years and it’s still sharp. I love having choices now for the size I need for whatever I’m chopping. They are expensive, but worth it my opinion.

Some of the negative reviews I read, I did not experience . My knifes arrived in original packaging and not damaged. I also read they are not the same quality of knifes from twenty years ago. Well I compared them to my original set purchased at a national department store for much more money 30 years ago. The weight, thickness, handle material and edge are identical.
