These are excellent! The model is Professional S and are the three sizes you'd need the most. This is the higher model of this company's knives. I bought these for my house overseas as I have the same ones in the US and have been using them for a long time. They've stood up for years and the edges are good. I also bought a block to keep them in which keeps them sharp as opposed to throwing them in a drawer. The value is really good because if you buy them separately it would cost alot more.

Some of the negative reviews I read, I did not experience . My knifes arrived in original packaging and not damaged. I also read they are not the same quality of knifes from twenty years ago. Well I compared them to my original set purchased at a national department store for much more money 30 years ago. The weight, thickness, handle material and edge are identical. My 30 year old set is still functioning perfectly and I have no doubt these will last another thirty. If you are looking for a high quality knife set you can’t go wrong.

No joke, these are super sharp knives, you need to seriously be careful with them! But they cut through anything, are tough & reliable, and can keep an edge. These are professional grade, and worth every penny. I've sliced razor thin tomatoes, cut right though tri-tips, and chopped onions effortlessly with them.

I had concerns with these possibly being knock offs or returns. I contacted Zwilling and they had me submit pictures of the box and knives. They authenticated them as being real Zwilling Professional S knives and they said I can register them for the Zwilling warranty. They were professionally packaged in an original Zwilling sealed box. They are very sharp and feel like good quality knives.

As the headline says, we believe these are the absolutely best knives money can buy. Razor sharp, and holds the edge for an exceptionally long time ... IF YOU TREAT THEM WELL. The biggest caveat, as with any razor-sharp tool, NEVER NEVER NEVER abuse the cutting edge. Remember, even though steel may be tough, when you sharpen it to a razor thin edge, that edge is amazingly fragile. That means ALWAYS use a "soft" cutting board, NEVER ding the edge with other utensils or cookware, store properly with attention to protect the edge, etc. Lastly, only use good quality steels to "dress" the edge and be sure to choose really good sharpening systems when it's time to sharpen the edge - which should be infrequently if you take good care of the edge. The Henckel Pro-S is a truly superb blade!

I love these knives!! I know its a bit pricey for a 3 piece but well worth it. Think of it as an investment lol I have 3 other pieces from Zwilling for 8 years now and still going strong!!

Love these knives. These are definitely the best ones that I have used by far. The weight is perfect balanced, with the center point being right where the handle meets the blade. This knife came razor sharp right out of the box, and was so sharp that my mom ended up getting scared of these knives. I bought a set for myself in the past which I now use all the time. The set I purchased for my mom was unfortunately returned because she did not like sharp knives. If you are wondering if you should buy these or Wusthof knives, just know that these have steel a tad softer from Wusthof, but in real-world application they should perform relatively similarly. So just choose whichever looks better to you.
