When I open the box I was so excited!! To see this drill. & I was, so beautiful!!! But, I Couldn’t take the tip off it was stuck! :( I was so disappointment! I had to send it back and I’m waiting to get a new one. Hope this is not defected. 🤞

This drill right out of the box does not turn on. I let it charge overnight thinking it was just the battery, but mid service it will stop working. I’m not sure if it’s the battery pack or the actual handpiece but I’ve been testing this product for a solid week and truthfully don’t know if it will work reliably each day, much less for the next 3-4 years after regular wear and tear. It’s unfortunate because it’s truly beautiful, but its defective.

This nail drill is super pretty and really eye catching. It works well and is easy to set up and use. It is priced a bit high for a nail drill, however. It performs well, but I have similar nice drills that were half the price.

Super easy to use. works perfectly and it is quite cute. Goes well with my other bedazzled items. I love all of the crystals. This probably isnt suitable for a professional but it works great for an at home nail user. did everything i needed it to.
