Borla has been around for many many years and is on the staples when it comes to aftermarket exhaust!! Installed in minutes, the toughest part was trying to get the old muffler hanger out of the old muffler! Everything after what was bolt on easy!! I had to modify my aftermarket clamp a bit was it was too big to wrap around my stock exhaust. Bolted on nice and tight and it holds in place! Deep, throaty sound that is not too over the top!! To my ears it sounded better than the others and the price was right compared to the $2000 exhaust offered by the dealer. I had it installed a few days ago and I am extremely happy with the sound.     • Horrible fit.
This is the second Borla exhaust, in a row, I’ve purchased that had a bad fit. The bushed end is far too large and the clamp had no hope whatsoever of securing the exhaust. The tips are comically offset to the passenger’s side. Note that this is literally just a muffler with tips; there’s no series of pipes to twist and align to get everything just right, it’s just a muffler. Yet it’s so far off, the tips almost touch the bumper. The heat shield had to be bent to keep it from rubbing the muffler, as well. It’s sounds good, though. But I wouldn’t recommend Borla to anyone until they get their QC sorted. ... show more

I have had this on my 2015 mini cooper S for about 4 months now and it is amazing. I love the sound of it, its not too loud and best of all its not drony when on the highway. The pops a more pronounced and happen way more often than when it was stock.
