This is a long review, so here's the TLDR: - Arch support: medium arch, supportive in a way that doesn't hurt, nothing hard or uncushioned. - Cushioning: just the right level of cushioning to provide relief without impeding movement. Texture: feels great against any kind of sock (even hose-like compression stockings). - Value: holy moly, these are the real deal! I don't think I've ever been more satisfied per dollar spent on Amazon! - Customer support: I don't know through experience, as I didn't have to use it, but Amazon allows returns within 30 days if the seller/brand won't provide support. Conclusion: BUY THESE INSOLES! I cannot imagine anyone with pickier feet than me and if they don't work, contact customer support. Seriously, at this price point, you cannot go wrong. If you need quick relief, buy these! _ Full Review: Almost my entire life, I've had excruciatingly sensitive feet with plantar fasciitis and who knows what else. It's not just that they are in pain because of how I use them; they're also highly sensitive to the touch. So, things that other people may not even notice, (the tongue of a sneaker, a lace's positioning, the surface on an insole) can cause me so much discomfort that I can't wear the shoes for longer than an hour before I'm just writhing in agony and either begging to go home or kicking those off and trading them for cloud-like sandal slides. And yes, I know those don't offer enough support for plantar fasciitis, but there's a lot about my feet that doesn't make sense. I also both under- and over-pronate excessively, and have weak ankles that can result in injuries combined with the pronation issues. And my arch seems to be neither high nor low. When my feet are wet and I make a footprint, it looks like the middle arch picture all those diagrams show. But when I saw my doctor he said it was low, despite it looking high until I stand on it. Also, I'm clinically morbidly obese (boo to that word) so my feet take quite a beating and I have to wear really good shoes. I'm currently sporting Hoka Gaviotas, which are great but - like nearly every premium shoe on the market - came with a barely-there basic insole. Okay, now that I've got all that out of the way, let me tell you about these insoles. I didn't think I'd be able to find a "non-branded" insole on Amazon that worked for me. I've gone to a lot of different specialty running stores and tried on insoles, and even there I've had very little luck (no, thank you, Powerstep Pinnacle!). But, as I was looking through my options here that are under $35, I noticed that some are now using Poron. I didn't really know what that was but it's been my experience and understanding that foam tends to wear better and support weight better than gel. Gel usually just provides a soft squish that doesn't actually 'do' anything other than provide an initial impression of softness that quickly fades. So, I started narrowing down my search for insoles that use Poron, and I came across these. Boy, was the price right! They're SO affordable. Still skeptical, I ordered them, thinking "what the heck". I had just returned a different pair of "non-branded" Amazon-bought insoles when these arrived. I tried these on immediately, expecting instantly painful arch support that was both too high and too firm, but that was NOT the case! The arch doesn't seem low, but it's not aggressive, nor is it supported by something so hard that you can feel it through the cushion. The soft texture that covers the top of the insole was agreeable with my socks, even my hose-like compression stockings (and I didn't slip all over on them). My heels, which are normally aching and crying in agony at the end of a day just from the pain of supporting my body from daily walking and standing have nearly completely quieted down. I don't know how they did it, but they managed to make insoles that make my feet happy! MY feet, the ones that have NEVER been happy before! I feel like for the first time, I can finally shed the 'Princess and the Pea' story and walk away, moving on with my life, a little bit closer to having my various forms of chronic pain under control. You may note the brand name on the package is different than what is on the listing. The package says they are for any type of shoe but I can't imagine that to be completely accurate. They do take up shoe real estate, so if your shoes are dressy and rather narrow, I don't know if these will work unless your foot is also very narrow. They definitely work in running shoes with removable insoles, though.

Working in a commercial kitchen; I am on my feet 7 hours a day. I have had some issues with plantar fasciitis. I am one busy person - and don’t have time to seek various orthopedic solutions. I read the reviews on this product and while I was skeptical of the quality of the the foot insert and the ability to help my foot pain; I decided to give them a try. I have been using this product daily for several weeks and have experienced a significant reduction in pain! I am so impressed by both the affordability and the support of this insole. The sizing for the product was completely accurate and there was no need for me to trim them to fit. I recommend this affordable insole solution.

I have a lot of issues with my feet because the are very flat footed. I have actually even started getting a bunion on my right big toe. It causes a lot of pain and discomfort for me. I love to run and exercise but have not been able to do so because of the pain I get in my toe. I have bought and paid big money for shoes for this issue and still the pain on my big toe doesn't go away. I reviewed this insole for a while before I decided to buy it. I'm so glad I did! It helps relieve that pain I get and so far it has been a great investment for me. I will buy more to put in my other shoes!

I purchased these replacement insoles a little under a month ago and, so far, I am very impressed. I purchased these to use in the shoes I wear while working eight-hour shifts. I wear brand name, very good walking shoes that provide good arch support and have high-quality insoles. I started to notice that, mid-way through my shift my feet would start to ache and feel like they were burning. Since I started using these insoles my feet still get tired by don’t ache and remain feeling cool throughout my entire shift. I haven’t had them long enough to test their durability but feel confident they will hold up well.

Tried a pair of these in a pair of walking athletic shoes. Took out the existing insole and replaced them with these. Wow!! Had no idea they would make such a difference!! Like walking on a cloud! Tried them is other pairs and brands of shoes. From Hoka’s to Nike’s and others. So….. rather than just keep switching them into whichever shoe I wanted to wear have purchased enough pairs to put in almost all my shoes! And not just shoes…. Boots as well, with same great results. I also walk at least 5 miles a day. I know they will eventually begin to wear and will need replacing. But so far so good!! Thumbs Up!!!

I have 4 stars because the right one seems a little more stiff than the left with different shoes. Not a dealbreaker though.
