OMG!! This is honestly the best iron tool I have ever purchased! I have tried many - trust me, and they were all the more expensive name brands! After one of them broke - again - I decided to look for a more inexpensive brand. This iron is AMAZING!! I have very straight fine hair. The first time I used it, I was amazed and how easy it flowed through my hair and gave me flawless waves! I have never used anything that was this easy and fast. Usually it takes me forever to get my straight hair to have the loose waves I see everyone else having! I am 54 and have been searching for this tool my whole life! I HIGHLY recommend this tool as it does everything from straightening to curling! I have no idea why it says frequently returned as I would never return this and recommend over any other iron including the expensive name brands!!

When i first used it and having it on for a less that 3 minutes it started to smell like burn. So if you like that, then is for you. Other than that It operates like any other hair straightener. Just a little concerning with the smell.

The media could not be loaded. Being a Bridal Stylist, I am always looking for new Hair tools to add to my collection. I came across this one and I didn’t have anything like it at the time so I decided to give it a try. It heats up fast ( Takes another 30 seconds to get to the highest temperature) with multiple heat settings depending on the hair type & condition. It has a digital temperature display making it easy to adjust and read. You can use this tool multiple ways depending on your needs. Just heat for dry hair or heat and a fan(like a blow dryer) For wet hair. I did use it both ways and had no issues. It Didn’t seem to pull the hair and glided very easily because of the ceramic plates. It was extremely easy for me to curl the hair because of the swivel cord. I let the curls sit in the hair and cool before Running my hands through them and they did seem to last in the hair extremely well. This is a great tool for someone who Wants to be able to style their hair Multiple ways with one tool.
