Recently I have been wanting to get into doing my own nails at home. I love having acrylics on all the time, but that can get pretty expensive to keep up with. And it honestly feels like 2026 is the year of women learning to do these things themselves. Lately I have been getting everything I need so I can do a full set on myself, so when seeing this electric nail drill by Lilonthy, it looked perfect for what I need. This is really good quality and well made. It actually came with even more nail bits than I thought it would. The drill itself feels solid, not cheap, and the handpiece is comfortable to hold. It has a rotating lock mechanism so the bits stay securely in place, which is really nice. The kit is very complete. You get a full set of sanding bits including the mandrel and sanding bands, plus multiple diamond bits like a large barrel, medium barrel, tapered cone, flame, and needle. Then there’s another set with polishing and finishing bits like cone bits, white stone bits, a felt polishing bit, and even a ceramic cone bit. You really get everything you need for acrylic, gel, dip powder, French tips, and general maintenance. The drill itself is really functional and easy to control. It has 40 speed settings with a dial that turns it on and off and controls the speed, turning clockwise increases speed and counterclockwise decreases it. There’s also a forward and reverse button and a pause/resume button, which makes it really convenient to use. It runs smoothly without a ton of vibration and feels powerful enough for shaping and removing product. The battery life is actually really good too. I used it for about 20 minutes and it didn’t even drop a bar. It charges with a type C cable, which makes it easy. When using it, this actually works really well and makes doing your nails at home so much easier. It removes product quickly, shapes nails easily, and gives a much more professional finish compared to doing everything by hand. It’s great for beginners but also good enough if you already know what you’re doing. And if you ever want different bits, you can easily swap them out with this machine. At the current price of $29.99 (as of 4/4/26), I think this is a great value. Overall, this is good quality, powerful, and a really complete nail drill set. It comes with everything you need and performs really well. I’ve been using this as part of my at-home nail setup and it’s made such a difference, now I feel fully set up to start doing my nails myself. Now all I need to do is actually get better at it.😂 Highly recommend.
