When I was wanting a replacement training dog collar I heard about this one from a friend. Honestly I was a little skeptical because of the price and it was one of a million options on Amazon, but he convinced me it was good--and now I'm a believer. It's basically a third of the cost of my previous SportsDog brand training collar but it's just as good if not a little better. The buttons on the remote and easier and more clear as well as the lights that are brighter. I really appreciate the charger being a next level charger--I was getting so tired of trying to plug in the SportsDog dongle, but this charger is a lot like plugging in an iPhone. If you like a black leather collar, this one comes with a good looking one; for me I'm so used to the nylon that I switched it out for the original and was glad to see how easy that is to do with adding new collars and such. Overall, I'm very happy after using this collar for 3 weeks now and am glad I didn't waste money on a more expensive brand that does less.

I have been a user of a more expensive brand of e-collars for years but have found this one to be an amazing product considering the price. Cool features include ability to lock the transmitter, so it won't accidentally stimulate my dog if it's in my pocket or backpack, easy to read designated buttons for tone, vibrate, and stimulation, and lightweight but truly waterproof receiver (my dog loves to swim). I have also noted that the tone is louder than my previous one which means more tone and less stimulation to get dog's attention. Same for the vibration. Battery life has been great. I admit that I was skeptical that an e-collar at this price point could compare with the major brands, but I have been pleasantly surprised. would definitely recommend.

This collar has a lot of options. My dog responds to the "beep" function and I was impressed at how load the beep is. The remote has a lock function that prevents you from accidentally pressing a button. remote is lightweight and fits well in your pocket or on the provided strap. Worth the money.

This collar is great! When my dog tries to run outside the garage or barks too much all I have to do is send the tone and he almost always stops. The vibration will stop him in his tracks because he doesn’t want the shock. He is also used to the collar so when I take it off the charger he comes running to have it placed back around his neck.

I am impressed with the quality of the product, it is well built and designed to last. One of the features I particularly like about this training collar is the momentary static and continuous static functions. These two features allow me to adapt the training according to different scenarios. The momentary static is great for reminding my dog of his boundaries, while the continuous static can be used when I need to reinforce a particular behavior. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to other dog owners who are looking for an effective and reliable training collar.

I have 3 Australian Shepherds and a Husky. I’m sure you can see why I would need this. I liked that you got 2 prongs. It got through thick coats. I like the controller. The buttons are right there. I do think the vibration and the beep could have been a bit stronger and louder. Collar training is difficult as it is, timing is everything. If the vibration or been isn't getting their attention as needed I’m having to move to shock. A lot of times the training aspect has been lost. I think on a smaller dog this would be excellent. Just not on mine.

No muss no fuss. There is a simple dial to set the intensity, and basic buttons to actuate the various modes. Range was at least 1000' line of sight. Can't lock in a setting though, so be aware that the dial may have been turned while in your pocket.
