These knives blew me away. They arrived much sharper than expected, no need to hone them at all. They are sturdy and ergonomic. They balance well. I was shocked at how sharp they were and the ease at which they cut and sliced. As you can see from my video, I was able to finely chop an onion in less than 2 mins.
