The directions on it were basically useless, but as long as you know the concept of putting one of these chairs together, it was pretty easy. The instructions were very unclear for me in my opinion, I was left with many screws no knowing where they were supposed to go but it still ended up working just fine. As far as the comfort goes, i would give it 3/10 as it it very very stiff.
