I brought this item to Europe and it did NOT work. It worked before I left in the US, but in Italy, it turned on for a second and would not turn on again. Its two weeks past the return date so I know have a piece of garbage. I had to buy one while I was there. So disappointing. It is definately not a dual voltage as advertised.
