Alright so I’ve had this carrier for about a week now and have used it two times, once to go to the vet, and once when taking him to a friends house to meet her cat. Over I really do like the product and my cat seems to like it too. He’s only 6 months old but he’s part maine coon so he’s a good sized cat already. I used my old carrier while moving and so he was in the car for about an hour and a half and he got very restless and upset because of how small his space was. With this carrier he’s cried at me a couple of times but he wasn’t trying to break out of the carrier like before. There is a good amount of space for him to get comfy and because of all of the mesh it is breathable so he won’t get too warm. He actually jumped in it himself and slept in it in my bedroom since I had to top open. The quality seems to be very good, I haven’t found any issues with that and the fabrics used are pretty sturdy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the sides. When I’m carrying him the sides collapse in a bit and so he gets a little squished (he weighs 10 pounds). If the corners and the bottom had some type of sturdy material to keep it rectangular I would 100% give this 5 stars. For the bottom I will probably find something to put under the bed to make it a bit sturdier. For the sides I’m not sure if I have the diy skills to make those sturdier but I will probably see what I can do. Since I’ll be making the bottom harder I will probably add in a blanket to make the bottom a little more comfortable since the removable bed doesn’t have padding. However he is a cat so I don’t know if he really cares about that. You wouldn’t think he would be as picky about his carrier considering he sleeps in any cardboard box he can get in.

*I tried to upload photos, but Amazon wouldn't let me... I travel with my cat on planes, trains, and in cars a lot. She is not a nervous traveler. - Mesh is sturdy and though. Very see thru, not ideal if you're trying to hide that fact that you have a cat/dog. i.e. going to the store etc. -Leash inside is perfect length to open the windows and not allow the cat to exit the carrier -Very washable, can put the whole carrier and the floor cover as well in the washer (air dry)-- hot water, gentle cycle has worked well for me - Perfect side for the airlines. When it's under the seat in front of me, I still hav ~8inches width to put my feet next to her carrier. -Top opening, makes it easy to get her in and out. Also, can but my foot in the carrier from the top if she is to settling down on a flight -While traveling, I hang a sweatshirt over the carrier. Since there are windows on all side, plus the top. If I want her to sleep and relax, the sweatshirt helps to make it darker. When we get to the gate, I usually let her look out all 4 windows. Cons: -Side carry strap is not very sturdy. When I carry it on my shoulder, the carrier flips and tilts. Not a good ride for my cat. -Not a lot of pockets/storage space. If you are traveling with an animal on airlines, the carrier counts as your personal item. So I travel with a rolling suitcase (4 wheels) and the carrier on top. It is kind of annoying not having a pocket for my passport, water bottle, charging cables, etc that I would normally have in my backpack under the seat in front of me. - When the main side entrance is fully unzipped, the roof of the carrier sags down. This is only a problem is your cat hangs out in the carrier at home. This is not a problem when traveling as all sides are zipped and secured. My cat doesn't seem to mind, but I do. My solution has been to keep the full zippered side closed and keep the half zippered side open.

My cat doesn't really like any kind of carrier but i needed something for her for when I take her to the vet. This is definitely a good choice since she always tries to scratch her way out but is never able to. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and no visible damage has been made by her. I've been visiting my sister lately as well and i take her with me. She usually scratches the carrier and tries to get out but there's been no damage to the carrier. So far no holes or loose strings have been found. Very durable. Hope she gets used to it soon though 😅

This little carrier is great. Lots of zippered openings. Very sturdy. I wish some of the openings had larger pockets. I can never find a pet carrier with a bottom that has enough cushion for my tiny Chihuahua. I usually put in a soft round pet bed with will conform to the corners and works just fine. The mesh holes are great as they mad this harder for say a puppy to chew out as my girl did to a previous kennel when she was a pup. The small size is small! I would not recommend this size for any breed larger than Chihuahua, Yorkie, or kittens. A full grown cat would have issues. Overall it's well built, easy to carry and works nicely. Love the purple 💜 color for mine!

I bought this to fly my kitten home.I bought it because of soft sherpa interior. He was very comfortable in it and I leave open at home and all 3 of my boys enjoy sitting in it. Win win when we have to put them in carriers because they have gotten use to them.

I like the carrier. It's simple and fairly sturdy so far. I didn't like how I couldn't open it up fully and only on the top and sides but it's okay. I like that it was fairly sturdy as well as softer. However my kitten hates it. I traveled once with it for 25min in the car and he got stressed and anxious since he couldn't see the outside of it. And if I opened it then he would try to jump out since there was no option to keep him securely inside while letting him see what was going on. I know they get stressed in carriers but since he couldn't see outside of it, it made it worse that's all. Maybe those who enjoy traveling and don't mind being in a carrier will not have any issues but mine did.
