I was worried this would collapse because of the reviews, but I've had it open for a week with the cat going in and out to get used to it. The bag I received keeps its shape. It seems like a good quality bag with all the zippers working. There are lots of mesh windows for your pet - this may be a pro or con for your pet. The woolen mat is very simple - not super plush but I didn't expect that at this price point. Have used flying with my dog multiple times and is perfect for it! A little flimsy as when you're carrying, it tends to bend towards the middle but still has held up for multiple flights.
