Well I've been waiting to get into dtf and I'm glad I did this bundle is perfect. I like to do research before any big purchase and like the printer appearance and functionality works great setup was my error and part malware security from McAfee so make sure to check that if you have connection issues before contacting Procolored support like I did. But that's OK they help with support via a link which you have to allow access to your computer and complete the setup remotely. Now on to the printer it does work great and accurate colors the self ink cycle and self cleaning helps you just gotta do the manual stuff which is simple using solution to wipe printer components down. The smokeless oven does it job you just have let it do it's thing by warming up and setting temp and timer properly once ready, add your ready to cook film and almost 2 minutes later the fan kicks on sucks up the fumes and once they stop running and it sounds the ⏰️ open the lid or pull the drawer and it's ready to press. I hope this printer doesn't give me issues like I've read but it's a new model for entry-level and I'm happy with this purchase so far. Fast shipping, great customer service great experience 👍

Do no waste your money... item was purchased December 2025 and the printer already had to be fixed once and the Oven arrived damaged twice, first time it was taking 45 minutes to heat up and second time these metals balls just came out from tray, which btw were hot and burned my hand when i was trying to catch them since i did not know where they were coming from, and they refused to exchange it again, i requested to be escaleted and they told me they would only exchange it for an open box oven.. like really! This is all under 30 Days and its supposed to be brand new. Customer Service is Horrible, printer prints good but definitely breaks fast and too often, you cannot speak with any tech over phone, they do everything through the website and thats difficult. When you receive damage items their solution is always to send replacement parts or give you coupons which i disagree with because these printers are not cheap and they should arrive in working conditions. Definitely do your research . I will stop purchasing from Asian companies because their customer service is horrible and quality of products are not very good. I have requested to a phone call to speak to Admin team and of course they wont, all they do is communicate through email. Horrible, Horrible ,Horrible... Definitely worst $3,000 I've ever spent.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Still new to this but I've already done several shirts and I'm obsessed. Overall it was very easy to use, the set up instructions were so thorough, and the customer service is top notch. I had an issue recently with mine, and the online chat customer service was over the top! They helped me for HOURS...and stayed with me until everything was perfect! Can't wait for all the projects i can create with my k13 lite!

For anyone out there looking for a DTF printer I highly recommend this printer from Procolored. I was a little hesitant at first, but it’s a great printer. Great customer service is available anytime you need help IT is just a click away. It’s awesome. Previously, I have purchased a different DTF printer, and it was an honest nightmare. It was defective didn’t work. I had a very bad experience and customer service was awful so once again if you’re looking for a DTF printer, you’re starting a small business. I highly recommend this printer.

If I could give a zero I would. I needed help setting it up. I only used it for 2 1/2 weeks. Did about 20 shirts. I did all the head cleaning and all the daily and the 7 to 10 day maintenance. Then error lights began flashing.I followed all the trouble shooting videos. Then I started to reach out to Procolored. China was having there week holiday. The company stated that they had a few people working and gave me hours they would be available. For a week I tried. I worked with someone on chat for an hour and 20 minutes and then the chat was dropped. Then the second time I was told a technician was on the chat had a introduction then nothing I received an email that they were having technical difficulties. I contacted several more times during the holiday hours and sat on chat after giving my order number. Then I gave up and contacted Amazon. Amazon was able to get the vender to take it back. So I removed all the ink I could by sucking it out in a 20 ml tube through the color ink lines. I had already did maintenance twice. I packed it up. Took it to UPS and shipped it back. They stated they were gracious by even allowing the return because it was outside the 30 day. Mind you the 30 day was on the 16th and it failed on the 21st or 22nd. They then gave me only 50 percent of the 2100. That I paid. Stating that there was ink inside which damaged the internal parts. I responded by saying that is most likely what the issue was. I I removed all the ink I could see and provided pictures. They stated basically because they gave me half back that would be all I would receive. Mind you the entire reason I was returning it was because it was not working and I could not get any help. So they kept 1058.00 of my money blaming me for the malfunction equipment I apologize for this being so long but I thought everyone should know. Buyer be ware on the K13 Lite. I am hoping Amazon will offer help on this over 10000 because I received defective equipment.
