I have been using probiotics for about 20 years and all of them are not created equal. I go back to the good old days when they needed to be refrigerated. I used a specific brand for years and years that suddenly was no longer available. I think the company was Canadian and had some problems with American regulations if my memory serves me well. I have tried to find other probiotics that had the similar strains, but these products always fell short. I was reading a review on Amazon that mentioned the very probiotic I had been using, by name. The reviewer indicated that, much like me, she had had tried to find a replacement for this product. She recommended ‘Probiotic & Prebiotic’ as a replacement. She pointed out not only did it have similar strains to the discontinued probiotic but had even more strains and was considerably less expensive. I looked it up on Amazon. It was as close to 5 stars as you will probably get for an over-the-counter medicine. Plus, if it worked it was quite inexpensive compared to the products I was using. I ordered it. Well, it did work and certainly deserves the high rating. I use it every day. I won’t go into details but my ‘plumbin is hummin’ so to speak. I’m like clockwork. Start my day the regular way. Every day. There is no doubt that the little ‘buggers’ in this product have directly contributed to a greater feeling of overall well being on my part. I play the lotto for wealth and take Probiotic & Prebiotic for my health. No luck with the wealth but this probiotic is great for my health.
