When you buy a sex toy that comes with a 40-page instruction booklet, you know you're in for a treat. Granted part of the reason it's that long is it's written in several languages, but still. I got this because the lovely woman upon whom I have a crush lives in London, and when you're separated by 4,748 miles, you have to get creative to make things work. Part of the creativity we've had to exercise has involved installing new server infrastructure in the house and brushing up on open-source streaming video server software, so it was nice to find a turnkey gadget that allowed her to reach out and touch me without the need for fussing with Darwin Streaming Server or dynamic DNS configuration. The current state of the art in open source software is why we can't have nice things...but I digress. This is a lovely device. It's absolutely fantastic fun. The smartphone software is easy to use, though you need to register an account with Lovense to make use of it...such is the nature of our modern, interconnected world. While the Amazon description doesn't mention this, the control app included an alarm clock function. Let me say that again to let the magnificence sink in: The app includes an alarm clock function! I anticipate that making waking up in the morning a whole lot more interesting. The plug itself is quite well-designed and definitely stays put even when you're out and about. It's not silent, but it's a lot quieter than many other wearable toys I've used. In a normal environment like a restaurant, the sound it makes is not likely to be noticeable. It offers powerful vibrations, of a deep, raspy sort. I quite prefer this to the high buzzing of some other vibrating toys. It's covered in silicone, but it is not solid silicone all the way through; the electronic gubbins are inside a hard plastic shell beneath the silicone. For that reason, it's harder than pure silicone plugs. I was debating whether to get the small or large size. I'm glad I went with the small. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend going with the smaller size, simply because if you're accustomed to other toys the hardness of this one makes it feel a bit bigger than it is. The description advertises 1.5 to 2 hours of use. We get 2 or more, but that might be because my crush is a tease and likes to run it at low levels just to frustrate me. If it's not running at all, expect about a full day of standby power on one battery charge, which means if you're in, say, hypothetically speaking, just as a random example, the Pacific time zone, and your significant other is in London, and you wear it to bed, you might expect to be jolted out of your sleep at 4AM when your London partner is waking up for the morning. Just, you know, hypothetically speaking. All in all, this thing is quite lovely. Definitely worth the price. We've talked about getting one for her.

So the actual plug works great, i haven’t had any connectivity issues or anything of the sorts other than with the charger. I know it says this on the instruction book but BE CAREFUL WITH THE CHARGER!!! i accidentally bumped mine off my bedside table and the magnets got connected to the metal legs of it. Thankfully i saw the smoke as well because i was shrugging the smell off for my crappy candle wax. I feel so stupid for doing this because i could’ve easily prevented this just please dont make my same mistake, keep the cord unplugged at all times unless charging it.

I recently purchased my second Hush plug, having previously owned both the Hush 1 and Hush 2 models. My experience with these products has been mixed, and I'd like to share the pros and cons to help potential buyers make an informed decision. Pros: Excellent Vibration Patterns: Both Hush models offer a range of vibration patterns that are truly impressive. It hits all the right places and some patterns have a way of making you see stars. Versatile Control Options: The ability to control them both locally and remotely is a standout feature, adding a layer of convenience and fun. Cons: Durability Concerns: Unfortunately, both of my Hush plugs ceased functioning after just a few uses. Despite being fully charged and successfully connecting via Bluetooth, the internal motor failed to operate. Cost vs. Longevity: Given their price, the lack of durability is a significant drawback. The motor's lifespan does not seem to justify the cost, and this has been a consistent issue with both models I've owned. Overall Experience: The Hush plugs have the potential to be fantastic products, offering unique and enjoyable features. However, the recurring issue with the motor's durability gives me pause. As much as I enjoy them when they work, the prospect of purchasing a third one is daunting considering my past experiences. I hope to see improvements in future iterations, specifically in the longevity and reliability of the internal motor.

Wowsers, this thing is packed with a powerful motor. I've never felt something so powerful in that size and battery operated. Size-wise the toy is fine - maybe not for a first-timer but anyone with experience will be fine. I'm not completely sold on the screw-style ridges below the bulb, I found them more discomforting than helpful. I'm also not sold on the charger port location, I feel like this could've been engineered to fit right at the very bottom end and not in the insert-able part. It's supposed to waterproof, but I don't feel it's a guarantee with the placement. One place I feel it most lacking for all of the Lovense products is their app. There needs to be a better way to tie a device to the app or multiple apps - as most people are using them with a partner. This device consistently had issues getting recognized and associated with my app and even gave me an error stating that too many devices were associated with the toy - mine was the only app ever connected to it so I'm not sure how 1 can ever be the max. Most times if you walked away or tuned off Bluetooth, the app would clear out the toys and you would have re-associate it with the device again. There has to be a better way of associating a device and then only becoming dis-associated when it is manually removed. The app does have nice features once it actually connects - like creating new patterns, saving patterns, finding ones other users have created, pulsing in rhythm to music played on your device, or pulsating to mic inputs on your device. Overall, a powerful and pretty good toy, but with a couple tweaks to the app could be awesome.

I generally am not fond of posting negative reviews, but between the product itself and the experience i've had with the company, I feel like it is the only thing TO do. I purchased one of these just over a month ago and eagerly awaited it's arrival. In a long distance relationship or when your significant other is abroad, something like this has the potential to be a godsend when it comes to intimacy. I was fairly impressed with the packaging, nice and sleek, though the design of the toy itself gave some immediate concerns upon holding it. The small 'wing' coming off of the left hand side of the base in the images is not simply soft and flexible, but actually rigid plastic inside, causing it to push painfully into the perineum. This would be the least of my worries. Upon connecting with the lovense app, I was hit with immediate difficulties. The toy would randomly lose connection or stop responding, particularly with body movement or any sort of clenching/flexing. This was particularly frustrating when on the phone with your loved one, in the midst of a session, and then having to switch into tech support mode to get it back online to continue. This was a continual issue that I finally grew frustrated with after about four days and contacted support. This is where the adventure truly began. Support had me verify all of the basics (Are you using the correct version of android, is the toy charged, is it turned on, is it connected in the app, etc) By asking them in one or two question batches by email, with a day between their question and my reply. After the first time, I knew the basics of what they would ask, so I went ahead and gave them the full rundown of what I was doing, what happened, when it happened, and my observations based on this, to no avail. The 'basic troubleshooting' continued for two weeks, often asking the same questions repeatedly before they finally authorized a replacement, requiring I send back the original to them and they would reimburse me for shipping. I packaged it up and shipped it back, and as they said they would only replace it once they received the old one and verified it's problem, sent it priority to get it there faster. Upon notice that the item was sent, they had me email them the shipping receipt, then claimed that they could not look it up by the tracking number. I reiterated the number in an email and was met with silence. I kept an eye on the tracking myself, it arrived, still no contact. Two days, no contact. On the third day, I emailed them, for them to once again ask me the tracking number because they didn't know where to find it. I once again showed them the number, and they then stated that the shipping was too expensive and they would only reimburse part of it. About five days later, I finally received a replacement unit in the mail (at this point, pushing a month from purchase) Unpacked the replacement, and it was completely DOA. would turn on, would charge, but would not vibrate. App recognized the device but whenever a pattern was pushed, while the light on the toy would respond, the vibration would not. Once again, I emailed support, this time asking for a refund, which they refused, but once again kicked into the same troubleshooting questions as before. After several messages back and forth, with me expressing increasing frustration with the device and their support and my desire for a refund after two faulty products in a row, they finally asked me to make them a YOUTUBE video proving that it did not work. I was wary of this on two points. One being that I don't really feel my intimacy should be put on public display linked to the google account I use for work and friends, and second, the whole issue to this point came off as though they either did not believe there was an issue or that the problem was simply user error. After some deliberation and back and forth, more of the same troubleshooting steps, I sent them a video showing the issue, for them to once again claim that they would not provide a refund but would be shipping me another device. I asked if it could possibly be switched to another line, even something that is currently cheaper, such as the Edge or Osci, but was told that this would be impossible. I do not hold any high hopes for the new replacement, but out of frustration, I did disect the DOA unit simply to see if I could identify the issue, already having a suspicion at this point of where the problem may lie, based on my own experience as well as the reviews of other buyers. Upon removing the rubber shell, I was greeted with a translucent plastic casing wrapped in reflective aluminum foil tape. The antenna wire was protruding through the casing. I removed the tape and unscrewed the casing to find that the wires going to and from the control board are sheathed in a very tight plastic sleeve, allowing for no flex without pulling the wires at the motor. Here was where the failure point was. Due to the extremely low gague of the wires and the poor quality of solder used, the wire had torn completely from the motor. I have a feeling that something similar is what happened with the prior one, and many of the other examples of intermittent problems and then eventual failure could easily be explained by the same. The design of the device itself is at fault, not the user, and this is not a one off problem but an issue with the manufacturer. I spent over $120 for this including shipping to get the replacement, and have been led along for over a month by poor customer service to get support for a device that costs them less than $20 to make.

Ok... Let me start with it was shipped discreetly and in a nice amazon box. It actually had a nearly full charge when i opened it so it was ready to test. I got myself the 1.75 inch plug, and let me tell you... it is ~lovely~... but ease it in your first time if you're not used to something that big. I rushed it and shoved it in... and was doubled over in pain for a moment. After the pain subsided though it felt great. I'd paired it with my phone before putting it in so it was good to go. Pairing it was simple. You need the Wearables app, and it is paired through the app, not through the phone's bluetooth menu, but you do need bluetooth active to see it. If you do not have a smartphone to use with it, that's not an issue because it has built in vibration patterns too, just push the button on the bottom. The plug has a rather extensive battery life seeing as I've not been able to kill the battery before needing to take it out to let my rear rest a bit at the end of the day. It is Powerful. Obviously not as much as a plugged into the wall vibe like a Hitachi or sibian, but much better than any other battery powered vibe I've gotten my hands on. It maintains the connection pretty decently as long as i stay in the app, but if i switch to another app it sometimes disconnects, though i think that is because my phone is old and not very good at anything. The ability to make and share patterns is lovely, and it is comfortable once seated inside correctly. Now for the downside... It broke. After two weeks of on and off use... it no longer works while inserted. I've looked at it and tried to figure it out... Something is wrong with the wiring inside, so when there is any torque in any direction applied to it, it cuts whatever signal there is from whatever control chip it has into the actual vibrator part. It works just fine if I set it on my bed and try to use it, but bend the bulb slightly, or tug it a bit, (which happens often when inside you... natural reflex to clench) it cuts the power. As much as I love the toy, and boy do I love it, it makes me sad that it broke... it is very expensive and I've had my eyes on buying it for about a year or so now... If there is any way this could be handled that would be wonderful. This toy promissed a lot and it did deliver on that while it worked. I have still been keeping it in during the day without it turned on because it just feels oh so good inside me~ Lastly, a minor critique on the design. If the charging port was on the bottom of it next to the button, it would be possible to recharge it without removing it, which would be absolutely lovely for long term wear. Also, the antenna in the back kinda presses into the tailbone a bit and could use to be a bit further out or aimed a bit more downwards; it presses into me and isn't very comfortable.

It’s easy to set up, and very enjoyable to feel it especially if someone else has the control. The page claims that it can last 4 hours of continuous use, but every time I’ve used it starting at full charge it dies within an hour. I don’t know if I just got one with a bad battery, or if the batteries just aren’t great to begin with. But it’s a real bummer when you’re in a session with a partner and all the sudden your battery dies, despite having been fully charged just prior to starting. Edit: Customer service was very quick to issue a refund for a defective battery. I went ahead and ordered a bigger model too, as the 1 inch was a little small. I went with the 2.25 inch, and the thing is MASSIVE! Really, the pictures don't do it justice. I think I'll need to order either the 1.5 or 1.75 inch ones too and find the sweet spot. Overall, great product, lots of fun!

My Sir made me wear to the office under my suit! And if there's enough ambient noise no one can hear it! But I highly recommend if you're leaker like me wear a diaper lol! I was wearing one under my suit pants and trust me it was needed! The most intense public play I've ever had! Giving up control to another man not knowing when it was going to go off amazing! And if your guy like me who wants to be trained to come from bottom stimulation only this is an amazing tool! So far the battery life seems to hold when not in use and last about 2 hours of continuous use. Like I said before it does make noise but light ambient noise around you covers it up. My Sir is convinced the noise I was hearing was coming from inside me not externally! If you're new to being a bottom like me get the 1.5 once you get over the bulb it actually fits really good.
