Yargh, maty! these insoles be, supportive, but creaky!!! I love these insoles, the best part about them vs the others I like, is the heel pad. It's super soft, but supportive and not mushy. I walk all day on concrete and I am prone to plantar fasciitis if my shoes do not have the correct arch support. These provide awesome arch support and comfort all day long. For me they're true to size; I wear a men's 13. My only complaint if I were to have one is that after about a week of wearing, the rigid plastic developed a creaking like I'm walking back and forth on the Cutty Sark! If you want comfortable insoles these are great however beware, you may get mistakenly accused of being a crop-duster, from all the creaking and groaning these bad babies can make! This is a good insole. If I HAD to be hypercritical, the only thing I would say is this insole is just a tad bit narrow. But again, that’s if I had to pick one thing to critique. Other than that. Support is good. Cushion is good.

I got this product but I wear a size 15, but it only goes to 14.5 and it leaves an uncomfortable feeling between my toes. The product itself it great just wish that there was some love for the big foot people out there!
