Yargh, maty! these insoles be, supportive, but creaky!!! I love these insoles, the best part about them vs the others I like, is the heel pad. It's super soft, but supportive and not mushy. I walk all day on concrete and I am prone to plantar fasciitis if my shoes do not have the correct arch support. These provide awesome arch support and comfort all day long. For me they're true to size; I wear a men's 13. My only complaint if I were to have one is that after about a week of wearing, the rigid plastic developed a creaking like I'm walking back and forth on the Cutty Sark! If you want comfortable insoles these are great however beware, you may get mistakenly accused of being a crop-duster, from all the creaking and groaning these bad babies can make! Otherwise thumbs up!

So I really love to walk everyday as part of my fitness goals, just getting outside, and relaxing in my own way. Now when I walk, I go for about 90 mins each time at least... and being over 250lbs, the insoles that came with my shoes wore out quickly in terms of having potholes down to the lowest level. I have tried other insoles with them being good quality, but at the same time, wearing them out quickly. With this product, it has lasted my style for at least a good two months, going on three. Now I like to walk a ton, and also in the same shoes I use for work as well. So basically I am doing about two days of walking in the shoe in one day. I've had no pain in my feet with them, and just impressed that the top layer, while fading out, hasn't scuffed up enough to have chunks falling off and that's all I want.

Arrived fine. These are significantly cheaper than the ones recommended by the people at the athletic shoe store and these are 1 day delivery from Amazon. So I gave them a shot. The ones I have been buying for more than 10 years don’t seem to be lasting long any more and are now $70 a pair and take at least a week to get. I am a big person. I have an active job and try to walk 2 miles per day. I was willing to get less time out of these cheaper insoles as long as they provided enough support and were cheaper. I wore these 2 weeks and couldn’t anymore, a lot less support, they are significantly thinner and I can feel in pressure of the rubber when I where them.

These fit great, have great support, are very durable, easy to use, performed exactly as described and are VERY durable! My only complaint is that for me they take up so much space in all of my shoes that they caused me a lot of pain from pressure. These will be great for my winter boots and would work well in work boots or other shoes that have a lot of space but not for tennis shoes.

This is my second purchase of this product is one of the best insoles I have run across in years. I am on my feet on a hard surface for 6+ hours a day and this gives greatly relief tonight in my feet, but to my legs and back. I strongly recommend This product to anyone who is on their feed for multiple hours during the day. Or who enjoys walking or running, and wants some relief from the impact that you are feeling. Also, the customer support is excellent! If you have any questions or problems there on the spot to make things right, without having to go through a lot of hoops to get any issues resolved. This is truly a 5 Star product and company!
