Worked well until about 7months. Then the heat plate went bad, frayed wire on the heat plate,sent a replacement plate out and now I'm getting an error after repairs. They send you everything to repair it with no clear instructions until you reach out to them. It sent my business on a suspension until I can get a new one. I purchased this heat press and it was delivered April 27, 2024. Today, in August 2024, my heat press does not heat up. I ha e emailed the company several times and have not received a response. I am very disappointed with the purchase and lack of response from the company.

Heat press stopped working 3 months after I got it and now company will not fix it even though it's under warranty. The keep trying to give me a refund for 25 dollars.

    • 1st machine came busted, 2nd broke after 2 weeks
this is the 2nd one. 1st one came used and damaged. i replaced it and it worked for 2 weeks and now it won't heat up. I am so done with this company when i contact them directly they were just so cold and rude like i was bothering them. Don't buy this.

This press worked fine for the first 2 presses. It stopped lifting up and down. When you pushed the button the top will slam down after the timer goes off it tries to open the just sits there making noise. Now it will not stay open at all by itself.
